Very disappointed once again! Why do i punish myself and continue to go back? The food is never right or its old and cold. Tonight was no exception. With only two customers inside when we get there why is the food cold and nasty? Two employees in the whole atore, the manager who seemed to be bothered to even have to take my order and acted as if he didnt want to be there and one backliner. I ordered with a coupin the chicken fries and onion rings, both were disgustingliy gross and cold. The chicken fries loomed as if they had been re fried (as an employee of fast food indusrty for many years i can tell when somethings been re fried and the onion rings, well i cant honestly tell you how good they were because the guy gave me Fries!!!!! Old cold nasty fries. I wasnt even going to argue about getting fries when i ordered onion rings because my mother always taught me to pick my battles and honestly i had already had a long horrible day so i just didnt feel like arguing with a man who already seemed like i was a hinderence even being there. I left still hungry and ver unsatisfied. Oh which leads me to your pop machine....is there ever ice in that thing? I mean is it broken or is it that no one ever feels like actually filling it because every time i am there nothing ever comes out of it, well except for today, i got one and a half ice cubes! Sad very sad. Now i think i remember why i switched to Arbys.

This is an awful Burger King. I have tried it at least 4 times per year for the last 15 years. They never perform in a timely manner. Rarely did a cashier/server be courteous. Today was the last straw. I will never try them again. The cashier on the window was rude, it was my fault the two-way radio was broken and she couldnt hear me order. Then it took 20 minutes in line at the window to get my food. I ordered two Whopper Jr.s without tomato and onion plus 2 small fries. Then after she saw me looking at the back of the receipt that shows how to report your experience, she asked for my receipt back supposedly to check my order. When I received my order it was wrong. She handed me my order(?) and I had to ask for my receipt back. Stupid me drove away without checking my order because I was late for work and surely with her checking it it should have been okay. I received 2 fries and a hamburger plain mustard only and a Whopper Jr with everything.... I recommend you go to any other Burger King than this one.

I went to this location at about 4 PM today. There were no customers inside or at the drive thru. I had a coupon, but it was expired. I asked for the two for $5.00 whopper offer, but I was told the only two for five was for the King sandwiches. I decided to order anyway because this location is less than two miles from my home and I wanted to get back to watch the football game. I asked if the satis fries were the same price as the regular fries and the manager said they were the same price. I ordered one large whopper combo and one small whopper combo with the new fries. The cost was more than $14.00. When I got home, the fries were not satis fries and not only that, they were old and cold. As I am watching the game, the ad for Burger King came on and it said any two sandwiches for five dollars. This is really a shame that I will have to drive outside of my city to get what I want if I want Burger King for dinner.

Honestly, Ive tried to give this place a chance multiple times over the last three years. I work directly across the street and nobody ever goes there anymore. The service is absolutely terrible. I dont know if the managers suck, or they dont have any power to change things, but you will not get your food under a ten minute wait no matter what. The food is great if you get it hot. Unfortunately its been about 50/50 in my experience. And thats assuming they get my order correct in the first place. Which again, is about 50/50. I was a fast food manager for 10+ years. I know how this business is supposed to run. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere. Its not worth the hassle.

Every time Ive gone here, not only was I handed food that wasnt fresh, but I received cold Hershey sundae pies in the same bag as my burgers and fries. They were a mess when I got them home. My fries were old and had an old grease taste. I requested a junior without pickle and onion, and even heard the person on boards double check what was on it and still managed to mess it up. Workers were acting obnoxious, loud and out of control in front of customers swearing and play fighting with each other. The original chicken sandwich was old and rock hard. I used to work at burger king and they did everything wrong. Its not that difficult.

First walk in and the order preparer is bellowing across the back, about some ghetto bs. Just load and obnoxious. There hats are all covered in crusty crap and kicked to the side. Order taker ask medium or large, I said medium .. waiting for order see my Burger slide down,no other burgers on the warmer. Order preparer I bellowing again at another employee where abouts. So my Burger sit for about 2 minutes while I stand there burning my half hour lunch away. By the way my drink and fries got rang up as small. But fast food employees feel they deserve 15$ bucks an hr.

My husband just got home with food from here, my daughter Fri was cold and half missing her chicken fingers were cold dark brown and the sight of them made me gag, my burger was all wrong with about half of pound of ketchup on it. Very dissatisfied, I recommend this branch be shut down, or gets new management, this placed ruined burger King for life for me... BTW the food went straight into the trash such a waste of money

horrible burger king location. Just dont go there. Its the only location close to my house and I really do enjoy eating at bk. but this location is just dirty. Received a thin brick like piece of spicy chicken in between two microwaved buns. On another occasion found hair in my french fries. Just disgusting, will not go back again.

food is fresh bathrooms are nasty and the lights around the building are always off which to a customer seems that they are closed I believe the staff does it to discourage customers to come in so they wont have to actually do any work the night shift there are horrible and I very much encourage that they be corrected

Messed up my order. Went in to have it fixed and they messed it up AGAIN! It was dead slow so they had plenty of time to get it right the first time if not the second or third time they made the burger. After messing up twice they didnt even offer any compensation. Go literally anywhere else.
