Sorry this review is long. I dont normally make reviews, but Id like to see it do well and stay around longer than the previous 3 pizza buffet that were in the same location. I see a lot of similarities I am wondering if it is the same owners. Summary: Management needs major work to better train the staff to get to a professional level in order to not suffer the same fate as last 3 previous pizza buffet places. The current atmosphere portrayed by the staff is very genuinely friendly but inexperienced and very unprofessional. I was there 2/25/17 around 5pm with my son and daughter and had the buffet. The waiter we had serving our table took our drink order and gave me a menu then left before I could say we just wanted the buffet. I waited thinking he would be right back I waited over 10 min. I ended up just getting up and going to the buffet table. If it wasnt for my son really wanting pizza buffet I would have gotten up and left. While he was really nice our waiter and I assume it was his first week working, but he was extremely absent almost the entire time and spending 90% of the time I was there back in the kitchen area. I noticed the other tables were having the same problem with him. He only checked on us twice; one to give me a drink refill in which he took my previous glass before I was even finished with it and the other was when I had to ask for my check after waiting quite a while being obvious that we were done, and my daughter buckled up in her carrier, I ended up waiting almost 15 min and had to take my daughter back out of the carrier. I had even asked a passing waitress. We also had, through out the stay, the uncomfortable and awkward situation of one of the waitresses trying to strike a full blown conversation with my son and I. While I dont mind a conversation with waiting staff there is a point it becomes inappropriate. My son is extremely outgoing and chatty so I do give more leeway than a normal patron would. It took a good 5 min before she got the hint that we wanted to eat and not talk. Again I wasnt the only customer there with this issue. On top of that when ever she was talking she was loud enough that I could have heard her over a crowded restaurant like a Buffalo Wild Wings during a game night. I felt really bad for the gentleman across from us who politely sat there for 15 min trying to be nice, though obviously uncomfortable, especially after she loudly proclaimed, "So! Youve been cheating on me!" in reply to him making a comment about another pizza buffet in town. There were several other instances with other patrons with her. She was so loud I could clearly hear her entire "private conversation", around a wall and a half wall divider, with another staff member about her experience with a psychic recently. She was really young (maybe a high school or freshmen college age) so I will chalk it up to inexperience. The other 3 or 4 staff members I could see working, while I didnt have direct contact with them, seemed pretty green as well. For being fairly empty while we were there none of them even attempted to help out any of the tables that were having issues and most of the time they were just standing around chatting bored with nothing to do, all near the entrance. In my opinion this is more of a problem with management rather than staff. Without being able to see behind the scenes I can only go by what I see and my previous experience both in customer service and management. The real issue seems to be a lack of training and lack of any visible management around. Now onto the review of the buffet. The pizzas and sandwiches available were decent there was not much in the way of variety and choices, not currently worth $13 w/drink per person. To be honest, from the limited and standard choices available, I couldnt taste any difference between the pizza from it and the previous restaurant. I am willing to give the place another chance but I think Ill try the menu next time.

Fam went for dinner @ 4 last friday. Was a very nice enviroment. We were looking to sit down, relax and just enjoy dinner at our own pace, thats exactly what we got. Majority of the staff is very green to this type of employment but we found it fresh and they were eager to please. This is also a new venu, they are still working out little kinks trying find their groove so, i wouldnt reccomend trying to rush in on your lunch hour or if you are on a time restraint. We waited a bit for our pizza but staff took care of us, brought us delicous breadsticks/ amazing sauce, on the house. We tried a vegi/chicken gluten free pizza and a regular meat pizza . The pizza was really good. The flavor was spot on. We had great conversation with staff. Enjoyed a delicious quiet paced dinner with the fam. If you are understanding, patient, not pressing for time or looking for fast food ( nothing quality comes quickly) then I reccomend checking this new spot out. = fresh friendly accomodating staff, good enviroment , delicious pizza.

Should be NO stars!! Very disappointed!!!!! Our office was so excited to have a new place to order lunch from that was close. We called to order our celebration lunch on our boss, it took literally 30 mins to place the order and get coupons straight, the man on the phone said delivery in 45 mins. Well over an hour later still NO lunch. There are 15 of us in the office without our special lunch. We called and spoke to Megan and then manager Brian, they never said sorry or how can we make this better. Still no lunch and a whole office full of disappointed people. When we stated or disappointment we were told to bad. We also let Brian know we would be contacting someone higher and he said ok. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!! This is a HORRIBLE way to start out in our area. Poor unacceptable way to run any business!!!!! Sorry we won’t try this ever again.

The food is ok but the staff is very very new and not trained well and it shows. Expect confusion and everything taking longer than expected but the food is ok. If they say 20 minutes plan on 40-1hr. Then add the time to takes to remake your food as they accidentally give it to someone else as you sit starving questioning your decision to have choose this place to eat. The food is ok. Edit.... oh wait then they give you your pizza 1.5 hours later after they just gave it away to someone else AND ITS THE WRONG PIZZA than you ordered..... so sad for them so sad

Good Pizza! Good Beer! Large screen T.Vs to watch a ball game or golf... The thick crust BBQ chicken pizza is to die for!!! When we walked in there were 6 pizzas sitting under a heat lamp, not sure for how long, but they were good tasting and not rubbery. The waitress brought out the small salad that comes with the buffet. and then the NEW pizzas stated coming out! WOW! I and my wife were pleasantly surprised We will be back!.

Great pizza and friendly staff. The Garlic Pops are a great start. This place is very new so they are still trying to figure out the efficiency. The wait time was quite long, but Ill let it slide for a new business. Environment was relaxed and the remodel done simple but nice. Had a few local brews on tap, and a basic wine selection. Enough selection of each to satisfy.
