I have been here a few times over the years. Drive thru window is amazingly fast every time. Inside is exceptionally cold. Every. Time. For the first time I spoke up and pointed out that all seven customers are sitting in their coats...Even in front of the fireplace. Barista checked the thermostat and said it was at 68° where they keep it. She seemed concerned and walked around counter and stood for a bit, then walked back without any action (that I could tell). Twenty five minutes later, more customers and we are still sitting in our coats. My fingers are turning blue- not kidding and I am always hot. I felt compelled to Review the situation. Good coffee, but not a comfy atmosphere with the cold. Later hours in Mason would be nice too.

The coffee here is nothing special. It is the most OVER PRICED average Yuppy coffee I have ever experienced and will not be back! Starbucks at least has REAL GOOD coffee!!! This is seriously on par with what you would get at a friggin truck stop! It is not better than McDonalds Frappe or coffee or even making your own coffee at the Speedway Gas Station using the same fancy syrups and creamers. Better yet, find a local Quality Dairy and get one of their coffees and save yourself a LOT of money! It came to $22 and some change for FOUR 12oz FROZEN CARAMEL COFFEE DRINKS!!! The young kids running the place are slow and not helpful at all. Beware, this place sucks all the way around.

Okay coffee, jam packed with sugar. Gave 3 stars because Im not a fan of them talking to me through the drive thru window. Usually ask about plans for the weekend. Once was told hey we should go out sometime... its 7am...shhh...and give me my coffee!

Biggby Coffees Mason store is a great place to grab coffee to go or buy some gourmet beans for home. Free wifi is a plus. Wish the seating area was larger and more comfortable (i.e. lounge chairs or couches)...

Consistently excellent. The drive through makes getting coffee a breeze! Super friendly staff and my order is always correct. I feel lucky we have such a great Biggby here in Mason.

Very small location, several tables and a window bar. Small fireplace. As good or better than Starbucks. Not as good as Tim Hortons if you are looking for food.
