Went there last week at 11pm since we saw that their drive through hours are 24/7 verified here and on their website... Sat at the call box for a few minutes and nothing. We could see employees inside. I called the location while sitting in the parking lot and they answered. I asked if theyre drive through is open and they said no they are closed! Really!? So we tried going back today, had a hankering for the chocolate glazed donuts with ice filling. Back through the drive through. They lady asked "do you want the custard or ice glaze" pretty sure she meant filling so I said yea the iced filling one. After a few moments of confusion between the iced vs custard filled chocolate glazed donut she finally admits they are out of those donuts... I told her to cancel the order, she seemed pretty surprised but Im sorry if you cant even offer to make some why would I bother giving you my business? Was it so hard to explain it would take x amount of minutes to make them? And why not mention from the start yall are out of the icing ones but have custard instead of back and forth for a few minutes... I was tempted to go inside to see if they had any, which every time Ive ever gone in theyve had this particular donut in stock and freshly made. Think this lady didnt want to deal with it.... Poor customer service.

There were white strands of hair weave encrusted in two of my donuts. It matched one particular worker there, which was obvious because she was the one that had white weave in her hair. It was very disgusting; I noticed it when I got home and placed the donuts on a plate. My wife called the shop, and they happily replaced my order. So now, Im standing here writing this review, and cant stomach to even look in the bag to think of eating it. So in the garbage it goes, and Ill never be eating from there again. Mind you, I wouldve never noticed it was hair stuck to my donuts if I wouldve ate it out the bag, or havent places it on a dark colored plate, which easily exposed the white strands of hair. Smh!

Its okay. Donuts are alright. Dont get me wrong donuts are fine. But I hate you have to pay for special donuts when they are plain donuts with decoration on them. The staff is rude, and its almost as if they hate working there. Their milkshake machine is always down and never working. The employees dont know how to make coffee or iced coffee. I understand staff get tired, but this is ridiculous, one lady almost hated that she had to get me a dozen donuts. Its like excuse me? This is your job, Id rather go to Duncan donuts for Good coffee and POLITE and ENTHUSIASTIC employees.

HORRIBLE! We were in drive thru waiting 15 minutes. When we finally got to order a hot latte, the lady just says "Let me see if the machine works". About two minutes later, she lets it known that the machine doesnt work. HOW ABOUT LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT SOMEHOW BEFORE WASTING TIME IN DRIVE THRU, KRISPY KREME STOCKBRIDGE!!! THANK GOD FOR DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS. THEY TOOK CARE OF US.

I LOVE Krispy Kremes! So much so that when I see the "light" on I bend a u (legally) and make it a priority to get me some doughnuts. On this particular day I saw the light. Got in the drive thru asked the voice in the menu board to confirm they had hot fresh doughnuts, she did, and placed my order only to get a bo x of old doughnuts. Ruined my day....

I was in the drive through at this location at 9:55 and they closed at 10:00 I waited and waited I finally pulled the the window where a lady yelled they were closed I told her I had been back there sense 9:55 she said well we close now if you want good customer service just go to dunkin donuts. There always pleasant there unlike Kristy cream

Frequently they get my drink order wrong. plus the donuts arent ever warm from the oven... But their donuts are delish and if you take your drink order home you can add some chocolate or caramel or topping to help it taste better. I cannot recommend this particular krispy kreme if you are looking for anything close to perfection.

Horrible! This has to be the rudest, most least customer service experience I have had in a very long time! ignoring the fact we were waiting in line, and lack of care or friendliness and just lazy! They seem to NEVER have hot doughnuts! I will travel to the one on ponce to cure my craving from now on! just plain awful!

It makes no sense to have a donut shop that now doesnt open until 6am?? People are going to work at 530 or earlier. This place use to be open early and I could pick up treats for my team. Now it doesnt open until 6 and that is hit and miss. They never open on time!!!

They dont offer maple glazed. Took a while for anyone to offer to help us and they didnt offer a free donut when the fresh donuts were coming out and the sign was lit. This just wasnt what we expected from a Krispy Kreme.

Employees slow,rude. Manager and general manager was worse. They laughed at the long lines,and said thier jon was to watch stuff. Told me o didnt have to come to that store if i didnt like it. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Prompt and friendly service (only ever used the drive-thru). Went by today and could have sworn I was at a Chick-fil-A...Quan, the manager (per the nametag) was so professional and welcoming. A++ customer service!!

Sometimes the employees are very fast on moving customers through the line. There tables are not wiped down after a customer leaves the table. I love Krispy Kreme and wish there was one in Conyers.

The Krispy Kreme at Stockbridge was an absolute cheerful and enjoyable experience. My famous glazed doughnuts was Hot and prompt!!! Need sum milk now!!! I will recommend this location to anyone!!!

Service is poor and the "hot donuts" light is NEVER on! I have no idea why they even opened this location, as the only draw would be hot donuts. I can get the cold crusty ones at any store.

Friendly staff and quick service. Coffee is really good. Just avoid their special days, such as buy one dozen get one free. It gets crazy backed up with people waiting for their free donuts.

Great doughnuts but this store has a problem keeping up with the demand of a sale. 25 mins standing in line and still no doughnuts. When I get them, I hope they dont suck.
