So I pull up through the drive thru this morning and the girl at the register doesnt know how to process a starbucks google offer through the mobile app on my android. I took her to the screen for her to point and scan the barcode but she still couldnt figure it out. she kept telling me it had to be printed! that kinda defeats the purpose of the mobile app- right? she asked for the managers help but even the manager couldnt figure it out. The staff need to be trained on how to use mobile apps if starbucks is going to continue to sell these types of offers through 3rd party vendors. i ended up paying with cash so the other cards in line didnt have to wait. ridiculous!

I was next in line and the young lady just walked away. She didnt say anything. While other employees stood off to the side. After a minute or two one of them took my order a simple coffee with chocolate. She poured it took my money and instead of putting the chocolate inside of the coffee she sat it to the side and said the other young lady would put the chocolate in it. She then went back to talking to the other employees instead of just finishing my drink. It was nobody behind me waiting. Customer service is not good nor is the layout.

I completely agree with the review that Jacob Willis posted. While I have never had an issue with the service here (the staff is always very friendly and recognizes me which I appreciate), the parking lot is awful. I often continue driving by and go to another Starbucks because the drive thru is backed up, there is no parking available, and you will quite often be stuck on Peachtree waiting to turn in if you decide to wait. Perhaps they should consider expanding the parking lot in order to allow for better flow of traffic.

This is literally the worst designed parking lot and drive through in Atlanta. The parking and drive through isnt open to the Kroger parking lot its in, so the only way to get in and out is through Peachtree Street, which is a pain since there is no actual driveway. The drive through regularly backs up into Peachtree Street and the parking lot which makes it nearly impossible to park. If you want to go to this Starbucks, plan on walking.

The staff is friendly and upbeat. As a daily visitor, they often give me a free treat or upgrade. Quality is that of any Starbucks. One star ding on the location – it wasnt made for the long 8+ car lines that occur at rush times. And even the 6 parking spots are difficult to maneuver. Save yourself the headache – park in the Kroger parking lot and walk over.

Inside, this Starbucks is great! The problem is accessing it is a nightmare due to its popularity. The parking lot is way too small and the snake of drive-thru customers makes it impossible to get in/out of any space. Its gotten so bad that theyve had to redirect drive-thru traffic to avoid backing up Peachtree. #Brookhaven #Coffee #CupOfJoe

The worker at the drive-thru messed up on 3 drinks. Remade them and messed up again. Probably the worst Starbucks in the city besides the one downtown. Just go to a different location or better yet a different coffee shop entirely. I love Starbucks but this location has repeatedly been disorganized and has hired incompetent employees.

This store is one of the three busiest Starbucks in the metro Atlanta area. They do a humunguous drive through business, but the cafe and the patio are busy as well. Lots of nice folks, lots of dog walkers, far enough back from Peachtree that you dont mind the traffic.

Honestly I go out of my way some mornings to go to this starbucks because the staff is so friendly and they always get my order right. The parking lot IS a problem and if Im in a hurry I go elsewhere, but if I have time to sit and work it is one if my favorite spots.

Staff is great here and they do what they can, but it is so busy and crowded all the time that the experience is treacherous. I feel like this location is running the gauntlet. Starbucks desperately needs another location and/or building. Parking lot is death trap.

The service here is excellent. Parking in the actual Starbucks lot is extremely limited but you can park behind/next to it in the shopping center lot where theres plenty of space.
