We ventured here for my daughters 6th Birthday. We asked about birthday specials, we were told cinnamon sticks were on the house for birthdays, we had them place an order when we put in the order for the pizzas. The waitress seemed like she hates her job and couldnt even wish a 6 year old a happy birthday even though she said Its my birthday as the waitress came to our table. My daughter dropped her Straw and we tried to ask 3 different waitresses as they walked by, including ours. Finally we went and asked at the register for a straw. I waited 15 minutes for a refill my waitress was too busy helping at a different waitresses table. I literally sat there and stared at her until she finally stopped ignoring me and said, "is everything good?" As she was trying to walk away. My cup was at the very front and center of the table very obviously empty and that didnt click with her. The next refill we needed we hadnt seen her in a while so my 6 year old went to the register and asked a different waitress. After a while she finally came back with our bill. We asked for a box. She brought back the box and said the cinnamon sticks are going to be a few minutes. The whole intent was so she could have some after dinner but after all the waiting we were just done. I got as we were getting ready to walk out thats when the cinnamon sticks were ready. We ordered these with our pizza so they would be done in time. This waitress was literally awful. You can tell she hates her job and I feel is a terrible representation for the company.

Horrible when it comes to accuracy and common sense, regardless of how polite...a pizza with extra cheese should not be half no cheese. They forgot the crust topper and replaced the red sauce with BBQ when I asked for just a swirl on top. And this has been the 3rdorder in about a month out of 4 messed up. I usually just ignore it but seriously? I got charged extra for half no cheese? Whoever put that in a box should have known it didnt turn out right. Unfortunately its the only pizza hut in town, but my 1 order a week will be 0 from now on. They are very polite, but that cant fix disregard for what a customer ordered. And it seems blatant, as if the order is half correct the guy cutting it says "good enough" and boxes it anyways. Should have known something was up when they didnt open the box at pick up as they usually have before. Avoid if you care about getting what you order/pay for. (I understand that I could have returned it but I am done wasting time if I would have to have every order remade)

Have not been to Pizza Hut for a long time , as I remember them being quite good. My husband and I were at Pizza Hut in Iron Mountain MI. Pizza was brought in a fair amount of time, but it was very over cooked mushrooms and green peppers were dry and slightly burnt. When leaving my Husband left a three dollar tip on the table , When he went to the register to pay the waitress asked him (if he wanted his change!) He was embarrassed in front of other people so he said no keep it.... Never been to a business were the cashier asked if you want your change, it was only .30 cents, but why would I not want my change? This action is costing you to lose good folks that love to eat out.... this is so wrong and we did leave a tip...

Ordered pizzas; told theyd be there in 30 minutes. Called after an hour (waited that long in case they were really busy). They said the pizzas were in transit. Waited. Family starving. Finally got the manager at the two hour mark; he said they had no record of our order. I said theyd told me twice that the pizzas were coming. Uh...no. I asked if we could get some kind of a deal. No. After making us wait for two hours, they wouldnt give us a coupon, and were completely unapologetic. I understand if they lost the order., but they kept telling us that they were on the way--which was either a lie, or they didnt care enough to check.

After many years of being a loyal customer, this Pizza Hut has lost me forever. I have overlooked dozens of mistakes they have made over the years but this was the last straw. I ordered some pizzas for me and my family and told them I would pay cash when they are delivered. After waiting nearly two hours I called them and they tell me that they have been sitting there the entire time waiting for me to pay for them. Idiots.

i first walked in and was greated by a friendly guy who seated me. our waitress was not as pleasant. I was with my cheer team and anytime we needed an extra drink or even another pizza, she would walk in with a frown and leave with one. i would smile and thank her and her overall emotion was monotone. the pizza was very delicious loved the thickest crust cheese pizza.

I am okay with the food. The pizza is alittle greasier than normal and I hate how they hire rude people for customer service. If your going to have rude workers, shove them in the kitchen where they cant be mean to the customers.
