Staff is friendly and prompt. The crowds in the summer can get a little crazy, but the wait is not normally bad as the workers do a good job at taking your order and moving you along. Im not a huge DQ fan but my kids love the place so we find ourselves there often... Always check your paper for a coupon that can save you some extra cash.

The woman who helped me was amazing. She kept my ice cream in the freezer so my nephews and I could eat outside without my togo ice cream melting. She was also very patient with my little guys and there inability to order right away.

Even though it gets crazy busy in the summer the staff is fast efficient. Its location is perfect right in downtown Howell by the courthouse too. The have all the DQ items youd expect.
