This is definitely not the best experience Ive had with Chinese-American food. I give them an "A" for presentation- the food looked good. Its not often I encounter veggies with my sweet and sour chicken, so that was a real treat. That was unfortunately the only positive from this experience. The fried rice was bland and uninspiring. No veggies, egg, just plain fried rice. The eggroll was unusually tiny, and didnt have much filler. Ive had larger chicken nuggets than the chicken which came with the meal. However, the chicken was palatable and not overcooked or over-battered. The service was certainly subpar; very transactional and robotic. The restaurant does not have a very inviting feel to it, as evidenced by the guy running the register, who seemed more interested in just going home than taking my order. Above all, there were two very disturbing elements to this restaurant: a foul odor and no visible food service rating. Im almost certain the latter is a requirement by the county, but I could be wrong. But the former... Someone should really investigate that. A restaurant should smell like many things, but never a rotting animal corpse. Overall, if I could rate this place zero stars I would. Suffice it to say, I wont be back. Ever.

The delivery driver passed my home several times, and when I called to ask they said theyd be here. Okay np. I used an app to order my food and on the app it placed me to give a cash tip. I did not request to give a tip at all. Not to be cheap, but if I tip it would be by card bc thats how I pay. When the driver finally finds my address (Im watching from inside my home), I go out and meet her. Okay. She request for me to sign the receipt, Okay but then request the cash tip. Hold up, wait a minute. When did drivers request tips and if thats the only reason you delivered you shouldve had someone else deliver it. Im not rich or poor but today I just didnt have to give and the food already cost $25 incl tax and the delivery fee. Now to the food- IM PISSED!!!!!! I ordered sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken why in the hell are they the same except the sesame chicken is just sweet and sour chicken with sesame seeds on it! Then sweet and sour chicken has peppers in it. Who the hell puts peppers and onions on sweet and sour chicken? I will NEVER order from China Wok again! Poor customer service, terrible food for the price just HORRIBLE PERIOD!!!!!

HORRIBLE! NO COMPARISON TO MOST CHINESE RESTAURANTS. We arrived about 3:30 pm so we had just missed the lunch menu prices, no problem whatever is left we will take home, "So we thought!". When the food was brought to our table the portions were so small they looked liked "kids meals"! We asked the waitress. "Is the the lunch or dinner special?" She said, "Dinner combo." We were shocked! A small bowl of wonton soup is a very salty broth with "ONE" small wonton. Amazing! Thirty dollars paid for nothing! Stay away from the PuPu platter! The food doesnt have a great taste either! You will waste $11.95 (platter). We even showed waitress reviews, she said anybody can write what they want. Boss on vacation. Showed no concern for customer complaints. Waitress actually told us, "If you want larger portions, then order our take out, or go where there is a buffet." NEVER AGAIN! I noticed a DQ next door....You would be better off.

There was a strange smell that hit my nose the very moment I walked it. I should have known to turn around when I walked up to the building when I saw that the " brick" on the outside of the building was made of some type of rolled out material and all of the food pictures in the window were faded beyond recognition. I called in my order 45 minutes before I arrived and when I got there my order still was not ready. I was told by a rude man to "take a seat". Please believe the reviews and dont go here. They dont even have their food grade posted (I immediately looked for it after I walked in!) After about 15 minutes of waiting for my food(30 minutes AFTER they told me it would be ready mind you) I proceeded to leave. I get in my car, and the same rude man begins to CHASE ME!!! He BANGED on my window and the top of my car!!! Saying something I couldnt understand. I was so scared. I drive off and went to Wendys!! Omg.

We ordered delivery, & were told it would be about an hour since they were short a driver. We were ok with that, but once 1 hour turned into 2 hours, we called to see what was going on. Twice we were put on hold & then hung up on. On the 3rd try, the man we spoke to said our food was in the drivers car & on the way. After another hour, we called & were told that our food was there waiting for the driver to get back & would be delivered soon. At that point, we told the lady to just cancel our order & refund our card. She REFUSED! She said they dont offer refunds, but shes take $6 off our bill for our inconvenience. That $6 was never taken off. All in all, a very poor experience for food that was fairly subpar. Tiny egg rolls, barely any sauce to dip the dumplings in, & very bland fried rice. The only good thing was the chicken, & even that is better from China House. Never again, China Wok.

Came inside around 12 oclock expecting it to be busy around lunch time but it was only 2 other people inside. It had a weird smell, with absolutely no smell of food. The palace is dated and dark. I walked up to the counter to order, the guy was on the phone looked at me and never acknowledged me. Got off the phone started messing around with the printer and walked away as though he didnt see me. I walked away and left. As I was leaving two older ladies were walking in and I held the door for them. As I walked to my car I looked back and noticed the same guy damn near running over to greet them and handing them a menu. Clearly I want be returning!!!

AWFUL. Attitude problems, overpriced tiny portions. I am a truck driver, from Ohio and I stopped in for a quick bite at the nearest Chinese place.. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg roll(s). You can only buy eggrolls in sets of two and they cost $3.00! These are the tiniest eggrolls I have ever seen in my entire life!! They arent much bigger than a D battery. Not kidding, this place is a complete rip off. I never wrote reviews but I am writing this as I sit in their parking lot. I will never ever, go here again. You have been warned!! Smh..

My first time there I was given attotude by a little asian man who I guess was owner I had to wait 30 min as they came with my bag of food, I walked out but not before being stopped by Him and another screaming guy the cook they were arguing they got my food mixed up with another customer who was getting in his car they took my bag made a scene for the guy to come outta his car....gave me his bag when I demanded they exchangey food they said no... I dont know if the guypicked at my food.......so needless to say I will never go there ever
