Im a big fan of Chinese food, and when I moved here 5 years ago from the Livonia area, I tried every restaurant until I found one that did it right, Great China. Recently, that has changed. Im a fan of Sweet and Sour Chicken and the last two times Ive had it here they have cheapened the process. The chicken is now served separate from the sauce, and in this last dinner, a take-out order, it came in a small cup that didnt have nearly enough. Also, S&SC should have other items, veggies and pineapple in the mix. There was a small spoonful in the box, separate from the rest. If I wanted a package meal, Id buy LaChoy. I dont know if they have changed hands or are experimenting with their menu, but I like traditional S&SC with the food already in the sauce. Large portions are great, but a pile of dry chicken left over from last nights meal is going to the cat. This was the last time Ill go to this restaurant.

GENERAL MANAGER JULIE was changing a babys diaper on the kitchen table on 8/24/16!!!! My sister worked there and on her last day they with held her check and was black mailing her with it, saying she owed the buisness money. They with held her paychecks for a month (when the agreed to have biweekly payments) and refused to pay her on time. We are taking them to court, DO NOT GO HERE!

If you want a good go-to Chinese restaurant, this it, Good Chinese food, good atmosphere, nothing special, but priced at the nothing special level. I had the moo shoo pork & it was pretty good. Menu was good, but predictable, I like a couple of dishes that I have never heard of before to try, this place didnt have that, but the food was still good.

If you like trashy Chinese food where the rice smells like it was cooked in the same dirty pan used to cook fish hours earlier, and the breaded chicken has a suspicious after-taste-then go here. I was very unhappy to waste $20 for two here. The front counter lady was mean and mumbled evil things in a language I did not understand.

I used to go there a lot when I lived closer to Brighton , but when I am in Brighton I will order the Moo Goo Gai Pan - it is delicious and has more vegetables in it than where I live . The Won Ton Soup is really good as are the egg and spring rolls . I would recommend them

I cant and wont believe some of the negative reviews. My wife and I have been coming here for several years and besides the consistent quick service, the food is hot, and made fresh to order. Well continue recommending Great China to all our friends and family.

First place that I have found since I moved here in 2011 that I like their food. Friendly, CLEAN, quick, courteous, and reseasonable prices. I think we are eating in or getting carry outs weekly now.

The worst place. The restaurant staff has lawsuits against them and treat their American employees like complete crap. They dont pay them and harass them once they quit. Never eat at this rancid sewer.

The waitress recommended almond chicken. I ordered it. The chicken is not crispy, and very greasy. The almond sauce taste bland. Not recommended. The hot and sour soup is alright.
