If there was an option for 0 stars- that would be my rating. This place was once the best place for chinese food in Loganville. We would order often or even sit and dine. I started to notice a couple of years ago, they were becoming a "hit or miss", but would continue to go..hoping for more "hit days". Never giving this place a dime again. Over the years, I started to notice the decline in the quality/taste of their food and service. I am not sure if management changed or if its just inconsistent cooks. To my point, my family ordered for delivery. EVERY DISH WAS HORRIBLE! dried sesame chicken, extremely dark and dry & hard with maybe 2 sesame seeds! Orange chicken the same- dry and hard, and the sauce was worse than store bought packets I prepare at home at times. (Very thin & runny, too tart) The chicken fried rice was just rice, barely "fried" no flavor, minimal veggies- very similar to the "mall establishments" but worse. I cant express how disappointed we were that it was allowed for this type of quality of food to be delivered for our dinner for the price paid! Never again. Its all in the refrigerator (why not trash) thought Id consider showing them what was sent to us... forget it, trashing it, and scratching this restaurant from our list of eateries permanently.

I placed an order for about $40 worth of food and charged it to my credit card. 10 Minutes later they called me back and informed me they were out of Shrimp Spring Rolls and wanted to substitute them for regular spring rolls. I was not at all upset and I asked him to just take them off my bill. The gentleman informed me that he could not refund my money for me. Well, I have been a restaurant manager in Dunwoody for 7 years and I know that this is just not true. My food was delivered 45 minutes after I was told it was going to arrive and I had no napkins, chopsticks, or wonton noodles for my soup. The Mongolian Chicken was extremely dry and was mostly the crunchy rice noodles. I will not be wasting my money on a restaurant with extremely rude staff that knows nothing about the restaurant industry or customer service.

I have been eating her for years. For the most part, I think its a decent place. However, the food now is not alway consistent. Today however, 4/8/17 around 1pm, the food was great and the service was horrible. I was the only person in there. I got my drink, my soup, and my food very quickly. The Hot and Sour soup was good, the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was really good. After I got my food, no one checked on me afterwards, not even once. Finally, in order to get my check when I was ready to leave, I had to go to the cashier to get it. Wait, did I tell you I was the only one in the restaurant? The above info might be the reason no one was there during lunch time on a Saturday. Hope this information is helpful.

This place has been around for awhile, but I had never given it a go until today... wish I had tried it much sooner! The restaurant is small, but tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. We ate at the end of the lunch hours, but the food was served hot and fresh. My "yardstick" for Chinese restaurants is Mongolian Beef, and Oriental Gardens is very tasty! I thoroughly enjoyed the meal there, and hope to dine again in the not-so-distant future!

The service isnt as great as it used to be. We are regulars here, our favorite waitress knew our drinks and our children. After she left the service wasnt the same. The food is hit and miss now. Sometimes too salty, sometimes just not as flavorful.

They tried to charge us $26 for two orders of sesame chicken. That is ridiculous. Also, the food is sometimes good... But most of the time its either got too much sauce or salt and sometimes overcooked.
