Terrible. Stopped in for Fathers day dinner. Was told on the phone no reservations for any party under 8 people. Waited for a table, then was seated. Food was mediocre, service terrible. 4 tables that were seated after us were served before us. My order was wrong, and the waitress insisted that was what I ordered (Ive never ordered what I was served in my life, but she insisted I was wrong and this is what I specifically asked for...mind you, she came back to the table after I ordered admitting she had already forgotten my order then!). My fathers Dewars on the rocks was very watered down and we complained. The servers response was first to tell the manager who did remove it from the bill, but NEVER came by to discuss it. Her next response was the smart-alec tactic of bringing him one glass with the Dewars in it, and one glass with ice pouring over the rim. When he removed the extra ice to make the glass half full of ice and poured the scotch in, it was clearly quite a bit darker than the previous drink. The server NEVER asked how everything was, we had to call her over to complain. The server NEVER asked if we wanted anything else. I had to ask for the bill. We had to ask 5 times for silverware and never got it for the appetizer of Hummous (which 2 of us ate some of with our hands and the "pita bread" (the bread was not fully cooked and was doughy). All-in-all, we will never go back. Ever. To any location of theirs. Terrible.

This place is great and Im not just saying that! The price is decent and the food tastes absolutely magnificent. I read some of the reviews and I see some people said the portions are skimpy. The only place you can absolutely get full is your kitchen so stop complaining! Im a struggling college student whos Mom is a southern raised " cook from scratch " mom so when I say this food is good trust me it is!!! Extra friendly staff that was very patient and helpful. Wonderful place for a family gathering or a first date. Oh and if you like beer you will love this place. Let me just leave you with this thought. If you like TGI Fridays this place gives you that feeling but its 5 times better! I know I sound like Im the owner lololol but Im not. Im just finally happy to find a restaurant that satisfied me totally because I am so damn picky!!!!

Food is usually good, however the hostesses at the Southfield location are not friendly and seat us in the worst tables even when we ask for a booth and I can see with my own eyes there is a clean one empty. Other times the whole "outdoor" setting area is open, but they seat us right next to a large, drunken and loud table of nothing but shouting. The waitresses are not good at this location either. Since someone else delivers your food they are done with you once they take your order, so they dont refill drinks, check on how your food is, etc

Servers name was Christina. After our order was taken we never saw our server again. She passed by us several times never once stopping to ask if we needed anything. After bringing our bill and then picking it up she assumed she was keeping the change and after 10 minutes went by for her to actually bring the change back it was all large bills so wed have to leave her more than she deserved. Terrible, terrible service. We will NEVER be eating there again.

Rusty Bucket locations in Bingham Farms and Bloomfield are going downhill. This place used to be very consistently good with unique dishes and a great customer experience. Over the last 5 months, the food quality has gone downhill, the WiFi never works and customer service has dropped dramatically. It seems like Cameron Mitchell has decide to let this chain due so he can focus on other higher end investments. It is really too bad.

Our server was very nice and the food was good. The place is a bit small, so there is often a wait, and they do not take reservations, only call aheads. The hostess at the front seemed confused when we got there. We called ahead, but she had to go ask the manager to find out how long our wait was, and when a couple groups came in, she didnt seem to know what to do. The atmosphere is nice but loud. Overall, not a bad place.

This place has the feel and atmosphere of a chain restaurant/bar, but its definitely a cut above the rest. Just started working at a new job down the road, and Ive been here for lunch almost every day. Everything Ive tried from the menu has been excellent. I think my favorite so far has been the house burger. Doesnt even need condiments like ketchup or mustard. In the words of a friend, thats a good sign.

Im a regular at this particular Rusty Bucket, and its primarily due to the bartender, Kali Carlson. Kali is very attentive, and makes everyone feel at home. From time to time, she gets an unruly patron, but even though shes hurt internally, she handles the situation professionally. Rusty Bucket should be proud to have Ms. Carlson as a team member. Shes a keeper!

This place wasnt too bad. We came here for a large business meeting. They tried to stuff 13 people into 8 seats. We asked for more room and long story short, they dropped the ball. The steak I had was surprisingly good. Good beer selection. You can even get some vegetables as sides instead of fries and other unhealthy junk.

Stopped by on a Wednesday after 7pm...just missed happy hour. The food was good... but the portions just on the skimpy side for the price. The service was not cool... had to flag down another waitress on two occasions to get her to send ours over. May try again maybe...everyone has an off night~!

They have a gluten free menu and will remove any other ingredients you might have a sensitivity to. We had a group of 30 split into two tables in a separate room. The food for both parts arrived staggered but each table was brought out at the same time and my food was done to perfection.

The slowest service we have encountered in years. Servings were lacking big time for the $ , barely any mahi mahi on the Fish tacos. Not much cheese in the onion soup and drinks were all ice. Too bad , the food has potential to be very good with a diverse menu. We wont be returning.

Christina, the server, was very nice, professional, and attentive. Even though my friend texted that shed be late, which turned in to my leaving bc it was almost an hour, my server was really kind about it. I only ordered a pop so there wouldnt be a great tip. She was excellent!!

Called ahead to this location and was told that they would be open New Years Day. They told me they would be open and I clarified brunch hours. I showed up and they were closed so I had to go somewhere else. Why would they tell me they were going to be open when they were not?

Great place to meet a friend or two. Bar is generous in space and needs. The atmosphere is vibrant yet noise manageable. In other words one does not need to shout to have a friendly conversation. Staff is attentive and personable. Glad we tried it and we will meet here again!
