I was here with a friend on 6/24/13, a Monday evening for dinner. Parking is plentiful, and I headed upstairs. There is outdoor seating on the ceiling with a bar on as well. We sat at the bar. We were greeted by the bartender without a smile and a lackluster tone. I ordered a water, a coffee and a beer. The bartender made a face and said all three? I said yes. She advised that she would have to call down to have them make it as they dont have coffee on the roof. I said ok. The coffee was served to me in a plastic cup, which had signs of warping from either the heat of the coffee or from damage to the cup. I choose not to drink as such. It took about 15 minutes after the coffee was served before the bartender exited her conversation from the other side of the bar and asked us if we would be eating. We told her we just like the check. As I was cashing out, I told her that I didnt think hot liquids should come in plastic cups. She told me "OK." I said I believed heat could warp the plastic, I showed her the warping, and said toxins could be released. She said "No glass on outside, the water and beer came in plastic cups, what did you think your coffee would come in?" I told her I wished she would have told me that when I ordered the coffee. She said "Ok, whatever." Went to OMaras for dinner instead, about 1/2 a mile west of 24 Seconds Bar and Grill. Food was delicious, the coffee came in a ceramic mug, and there was outdoor seating.

My brother lives in the Berkley area, and this is our favorite local spot to meet up and catch whatever game or games happen to be on. They have a solid beer selection; plenty of domestics and a few craft options, and their drink specials are fantastic. The food Ive tried has been good, particularly the nachos. The menu is standard bar fare, but all of it so far has been tasty. Indoors there are plenty of screens so getting a spot with a good view isnt a problem. During the warm months they have an open-air rooftop bar; perfect spot to enjoy the weather along with a few TVs to keep up with the game. Prices are reasonable and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially at the bar. Check it out if youre in the area and looking for a spot to watch the game...and go to the roof if its nice!

If you want watch a game this is the place. But the Food is very over priced for ok food. But I eat before I go now, Trust me you will thank me if you do the same. $10 Burgers that are just so so? I live 2 blocks away and if I am going to watch a game I go to Red Coat or another place close by and then go there to watch the game. Looks like the owner doesnt really care as the place is packed during games and doesnt need too. Oh well,

Great place. Went there one night and had the pumpkin shandy. How good was that drink? The drinks are reasonably priced and TALL. The food was good too and they give you large portions. The best part about 24 seconds is the rooftop. If you go, sit on the deck and enjoy the view from above. The wait staff was excellent and catered to our needs. Plenty of tvs to keep up on the local games and its in a good area.

Im giving 3 stars, maybe closer to 2.5. Service is a little slow. Being a Saturday should have more staff. Food is average bar food, nachos werent really topped well. Most places serve sour cream directly on them. Bar is good, they move the shots fast. Bar tenders attention was more focused on his phone then working with servers. Overall, typical American sports bar similar to Buffalo Wild Wings.

I wish their prices were a bit better but Id say theyre the best at what they do in the immediate area. Plenty of craft beers to choose from, tons of HDTVs for sports, modern decor and atmosphere, and some pretty great steak burgers. Large U-shaped bar with a lot of seats, and plenty of other seating as well. I always stop here when I need a good beer and a burger close to home.

Nice selection of cocktails, Bourbons, and beers. I have not tried the food yet, Ive only gone for drinks. The roof top is arguable the best seat in Berkley. 24 Seconds is, in kind, what the Berkley Front was and should have become. A nice Oasis in a small town close to home. Ill update this review when I get to chance to enjoy some food.

My family really enjoys going here during the summer - sitting on the rooftop patio is always wonderful. Id imagine it would be a good place to watch a game, too! The food is yummy and there are lots of beer options. As a vegetarian, Id definitely recommend their black bean burger!

The food was alright and they had pretty decent amount of beer on tap but they were all pretty common selections. The staff was pretty good and I have heard that the upstairs is really nice in the summer, but it wasnt open when I visited.

We eat here all the time for all sorts of games. Great place to meet friends, food is solid, roof top patio for 1:05 Tiger games in the summer is awesome! They also do a shuttle to some tiger, and wings games, took it once and it was fun.

One of the friendliest bars Ive ever visited. Staff are awesome. Owners truly value their customers. Parking is excellent. Great for a casual night out or watching a sporting event. Side note; chicken wings are great!

5 stars for the atmosphere and many TVs. Great place to watch a game. The food at this joint is overpriced for whatever you get. They try to pass it off as "elevated" bar food, but its pretty standard fare.

Low key sports bar venue.Good selection of craft beer. I had the Cuban Panini, which was burnt. The waitress was very efficient and attentive. If my panini hadnt been burnt I would have given a 5th star.

Very local crowd, great bar food, nice selection of beer, but TVs are positioned too high over your head while sitting at the bar.

24 Seconds is my go-to choice to watch a game. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the drink prices are fair.
