THEE worse customer service experience in a VERY long time. The "general manager", Corrine made the experience the least worthy of ever attending again or recommending the place. Firstly, my guest - first time visiting came in and order oysters, steak, drinks, etc. My meal was a black and blue burger which was fine. The addition to the steak was forgotten (onion straws, special sauce). We had to wait for someone to walk by to address this. Finally it was the hostess, manager came and fixed. Acknowledged that it was a new cook and had been messing up. Guest cut into steak, not cooked how she ordered it. Sauce was cold. Who puts cold sauce on a hot steak? Asked for % off the bill at this time, because of her experience. Reason why: I was able to finish an entire 1/2 of a burger before the FIRST issue had attention. Waitress dropped off the check and didnt offer any explanation or warrant a conversation of why the request was denied. Asked for manager, Corrine, who has been sitting at the bar with the other guests comes over. She started then with a full fledged attitude and became very argumentative. Was getting ready to leave and was met at the door by this lady when i stopped to ask for the owner. Arms folded. Nothing but attitude. I will wholeheartedly state because of her and how stance, tone, how the establishment handled this - I will NOT be back. I will tell everyone that I meet not to visit this restaurant. Owner never came out, nobody asked for my number to follow up. HORRIBLE customer service. She accused us of begging for something free. We asked for what was advertised on the menu. She had to wait as I finished my meal (so who wouldnt nibble) to have any attention brought to the first issue. And as I prior mentioned, I didnt have a problem... so I didnt request anything. F.

My husband and I went here for the first time on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was elegant enough that I felt my clothes were more fitting to be dining in the bar rather than the restaurant. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. We have never had such a wonderful experience at a restaurant before. Not only was our server very knowledgeable about the food and drinks, but he was very helpful and even asked us individually how our food was. The staff and the owner were very friendly and very sincere when they asked how everything was. I ate the Mac & Cheese, which was absolutely delicious; very creamy. And my husband had the Lake Perch, which he said was one of the best in the area. I highly recommend trying this place.

We have never had a bad meal here and the food is well beyond standard pub fare. Theyve a number of paella options which are very good. The lobster bisque is outstanding. Lamb. Outstanding. Sandwiches, chicken. Outstanding. Pair the great food with their own beers or other microbrews and you are in for a treat. They have live music on Saturdays and two seating areas a large dining room and a "bistro" area with bar. The wait staff is knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Truly a great experience.

This place is addidictive!!!! I live 1.5 hours away and it is worth every mile to eat at Cravings. Owner needs to change the name. Had I known it served such delicious Latino food and great Sangria, I would have been a regular long ago! The appearance needs attention, but once you order food, that fades into the background. I agree, wait staff is not top of the line, but againm the food is so spectacular! I am telling everyone I know along the I-94 corridor to try it! Don Eduardo-QUE RICOOOOOO!!!!!

The restaurant is kind of out of the way, attached to a Party City. The restaurant looks like an old Mexican restaurant on the outside. The service was good. They had a guitarist who was playing tunes from the 70s. The burger I ordered was reasonable priced and good. They had on-tap microbrews. The thing is that there is nothing that differentiates this from any other restaurant. It is for this reason why I put "ok."

Food was decent, but overpriced. I had the scallops, which were cooked well but drowned in the sauce. Husband had the perch, which he liked and said the tartar was good. Fun live band when we were there. Craft beer snob husband says the beer selection was good and he liked the double IPA he had. Server was not super friendly but ok and was accommodating to a special dinner request, which we appreciated.

FANTASTIC!!! Food was absolutely incredible, service was the best Ive had in ages, and too often when going out for a higher priced dinner, food portions are very small. Absolutely not the case here. Will definitely be back... Oh yeah I live 40 minutes away... Drive is so worth it.

The steak sandwich was very meh. Its a tiny slice of steak served with cheese on a flatbread. It comes with onions, lettuce and tomato which I found odd. Their American pale ale tasted like a Belgian wit minus the wheat. Gave 2 stars because server was nice and good came quick.

Had a 28 person get-together for spouses 50th birthday. Environment, drinks, appetizers, entrees and service were fantastic. A couple came in late and got caught up quickly by staff. Great time had by all, thanks to Cravings Bistro & Pub.

As of late the service has been dismal at best. No food late food wrong food cold food. Short kitchen staff ineffective wait staff. It use to be one of our favorite unfortunately I will not be back.

Best seafood in berrien county by far. Amazing customer service by all employees and their home brews are good as well. Im not a hoppy beer drinker and their wheat ale was delicious.

Absolutely delicious food. Weve eaten in both the restaurant and bar sides. Several local Michigan brews on tap and the bar has multiple TVs. Great place to grab dinner or lunch.
