Only reason I gave any stars at all is because our waitress was AWESOME. Other that that one redeeming quality my moms b day dinner was indeed non exhistant, I made the mistake of ordering my burger med well meaning cooked all they way through with a grayish pink in the mid, easy right well I sent it back not only once but twice because it was Rae, so much so it was like they killed the cow but did not want to cook it. My mom ordered a steak more or less the same way with the same result. Needless to say there was no birthday clapping or cake. I paid for my wifes and cousins meals the manager taking both my and my moms off the ticket. Both the manager and our AWESOME waitress were apologising, I told them both it was not there faults the blame lays in with the cooks who were to busy munching on things from the cabinet good warmers while wearing blue glove (used for handling raw meat) to fully cook peoples meals I guess, needless to say I will be calling coorperate or whome ever handles customer complaints. I Just figures I would give all who reads this fare warning and take the longer drive to the one in I think springfield unless eating raw meat is ok with you.

Our server Chris was INCREDIBLE. We noticed that he had just gotten a haircut because of how clean his hair looked so I could tell we were gonna be in for a great meal. He always brought us popcorn throughout our time there which is great because my grandmother was actually a kernel in the military so every bite brought back memories of better times before her fateful popping. He knew I had diabetes so when I tried asking for another Pepsi he said "easy there Karen, we havent even gotten to dessert yet!" So caring! The food was excellent top notch reminds me of a brisk summer afternoon eating fine cuisine with my 3rd ex husband. My son got the sweet heat burger and Chris made sure the burger was accommodated to my sons new vegan lifestyle. Chicken tips are to die for would highly recommend its always fresh chicken. Like REALLY fresh, apparently the servers bring in their own meat that the customers then consume which is a new twist on "from farm to table". Next time youre in there request to see if Chris is there and enjoy your meal.

Ate a late lunch here today at 3:00 pm. No waiting. General condition of the restaurant was very good. Floors and tables clean. We both had one if the $9.99 all day specials. The reason for the 3 stars was a food allergy not being completely addressed. Pork chop ordered with no seasoning of any type, due to a black pepper allergy. The food came out hot & well presented. No black pepper on anything. How ever the sliced green peppers on top of the porkchop was not a sweet pepper. Porkchop was cooked perfectly, however, the spicy peppers. Recommend highly, but be sure to clearly communicate with the " manager" any allergies or special needs. Will be back. My hamburger steak meal was excellent.

The manager Tony and his staff were so helpful and friendly with our large party on a bysy Friday night. They really helped our family celebrate a special day. Although it was a very busy night they were accommodating and attentive and the customer service was excellent. Despite the fact that we had 3 children under the age of 5 and 7 adults at two separate tables we never waited extra time, they were conscientious of the childrens needs and the grown ups never had to wait for their drinks ;) Well done!

No prime rib even if it was the Sunday special. The host thought he was a comedian but he wasnt funny. The waitress was nice enough but disappeared while waiting to pay. My brother had the steak which he said needed steak sauce which I think is a crime and he said if the steak was better he would agree. It was cooked properly to their credit. My french onion soup was devoid of salt or flavor and the balsamic chicken suffered the same fate. Honestly, really poor experience.

Came in with family of six people They try to seat us in booth for four people we asked them to seat in bigger booth After that we waited for 30 min no one came to see us We walked out they didnt even try to apologize for bad service I had small child with me crying after 20 min in there BAD BAD service Horrible

May 17th i came in I got king size medium steak tips. I have been to other 99 restaurants and they are more medium well. Whoever the cook was cooked them to perfection and our waitress was very polite and smiling. I will definately be coming to this location more often.

Came all the way from Belchertown, Massachusetts leaving my wallet at home. Server refused to make me Amaretto Sour, and didnt care that I was more than old enough. Twenty-nine years old and I never get carded ever...except for here...experience sucked!

Stopped by for an appetizer and a few drinks a couple hours before closing. Joe is an amazing bartender, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome time. Well-made drinks, great conversation, fantastic service. ♡♡♡
