8 of us arrived at 7:30pm for our reservation and we left at 9:45pm with only half of the entrees we ordered. Our waiter took forever to come take our order. We flagged him down and he said he was backed up and would be with us. The manager came 5 minutes later and took everyones order, which we assumed she had put in. Our waiter came by later and said "I am gonna put these in for you." After 35 minutes with no food yet, we asked for a status update. Food was then brought out for only 6 of us, AND portions of the plates were not warm, or under/overcooked. Two of us had steamed spinach as a side-one was cooked properly and the other literally had raw leaf spinach on the plate. The rice pilaf was actually chilled, not room temperature. One of our party has been in the foodservice industry for 10 years and brought some plates to the manager, who comped everyones meals, but seemed unapologetic at best. By this time we STILL were missing 2 whole meals and the two plates that we sent back to be warmed or spinach cooked. We paid for our drinks and the waiter never once apologized for the poor service. Unacceptable for the customer service business. The bar service before our table was ready was very good.

We went there on 08/04/2017 and let me start by saying it was a Horrible first time experience. The Service was very slow and the waitress was not very friendly. When we received our plates they were dirty, they gave us a second set of plates those were dirty as well. The manager did come and apologize and give us a third set of plates which were also dirty, you could see the grease and food particles on the plates and utensils. On all three occasions the plates were wet. I dont understand did they really expect us to eat on wet plates. When the food finally arrived it was not what we ordered. My burger was under cooked. Not to mention I did not want certain things on it, which they still put on anyways. I would expect that from a place like Burger King, but not from and establishment like TGIF. This was the worst hundred dollars ever spent, I cannot recommend this place and will not eat there again. I will be also contacting their corporate headquarters to file a complaint with the district manager.

To go food was picked up at time given & food was cold & steak wasnt cooked to the way I asked. All I asked was for it to be medium rare but no it was cooked well done. Also, cold! I didnt hold this against the girl working at the bar thinking she didnt take my order & tell me the time so I still left her a very well tip for just ringing me out. But, I wouldve loved if my food was hot or at least not over cooked so when I had to heat it up it wouldnt have turned into a rib eye that was shoe leather! Also, just an FYI the appetizers dont taste great having to be reheated also. So no matter what time they tell you when you order food to go Id make sure I was there to wait for it to come out next time thats what Ill have to do instead of taking the advice of the person on the phone taking the order. But I still love their Jack Daniels Ribs so therefore the rating! Also Id recommend joining their Stripes membership it seems worth it!

Last night my boyfriend brought me out to eat with me being a veteran and i have not been to TGI Fridays in a long time, let me tell you, so first of all we order drinks and one being a Frozen mudslide, frozen being key word ,we waited 1 hour for or drinks and frozen mudslide was a milk shake then order food that seem even longer, so when ordering she seem not to listen okay I say no tomato because of allergies to them then she had tomato on every thing ,o she said I forgot ,when time to leave on receipt it said no tomato allergies, so we waited almost 4 hours total and what ever happen to them, it was a place to enjoy at one time ,Not KNOW, poor services, never again

Our bill was $179 and manager had to compensate that because it was 4 hours before we got our food and the food had the nerve to be cold we went there for a graduation celebration with out-of-towners and we were embarrassed with how long we sat there and waited to be served but like I said the manager compensated us so were happy we still love Fridays just need to get some better help and better waitresses how waitress left us for an hour before she came back and took our order thats insane were all old people I myself couldnt sit there any longer and then when my food was cold I just wanted to cry after all the time we waited we couldnt even eat a hot meal

Probably the worst experience Ive had when going out to eat/getting drinks. The bartender Joseph said he didnt wanna make my drink because its a "pain in the a**." This was after he looked at my ID and sarcastically said "Happy Birthday I guess." He dodged us the whole time and hardly made eye contact. He asked me "Hows your margarita thing." He was rude every time he visited the table. The drinks at this location are made differently every time you go and the hosts dont greet customers they just stare into space. Management should step it up here, I will be contacting corporate. Unacceptable.

We are regulares at this particular restaurant and always have alcohol, today after nine months of being pregnant we came out to celebrate, and for the first time they asked for an ID and of corse we were denined our drinks!! Aftet talking to the manager he ofered to help with bill... that didnt happen AND the silverware was disgusting!!! Last time were coming here!! Make sure Dave is NOT your waiter!! Such crappy service! Such a disapointm

Our food was delicious. Our waitress (melissa) however was pushy! She asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu 5 bites into our entree. I wasnt even halfway done. Then she asked if I wanted a box... again... way before I was finished. She ruined the experience for sure, which is a shame because she was very nice. I dont know if she was trying to leave but either way rushing me is irritating.

I have gone to this TGI Fridays twice and both times I went here, the service was awful. The waitresses barely checked on us and the food took almost an hour to get to our table. When the food came out it was cold and didnt taste great. I have been to plenty of TGI Fridays before, but I never had experiences like this.

My experience was amazing. Got served in less than 10 minutes, the fact that they took my allergy to shellfish very serious to the point that the manager greeted us and served us is awesome! Plus my waiter was very respectful, nice and courteous! I would totally recommend this place

i was there saturday night had to wait hour hour for food couple next to us came in after us got food first, do not care thay ordered everything together. we had one drink each got charged $20.00 manager said food free bull thanks for nothing place rots.
