Do you enjoy teen age girls mad at you for walking in the store? Because you want to buy a sub? Thats what happend to me! Then she says: That Im gonna have to wait till she done cleaning the floor. I waited and then she smothers my sub in mustard and mayo. I complained about it and she looked at me like she could not give two poops about my sub and that I was paying for it. The employee did not care about me her job or anything. Worst customer service I have ever had in a Subway. So I will no longer be spending my money there in the future. That employee needs to be fired or retrained.

I really enjoy Subway food, but the quality of service from the young people you encounter across the counter is up-and-down. That is probably too harsh, but in the afternoon and around dinner time there is a strong tendency by one or another of the crew members to stay in the back room washing dishes when the line forming at the counter of people who have yet to be served is clearly visible. Nor does the person stuck behind the counter tending to the line seem to have an impulse to stick his or her head into the back room and say come give me a hand.
