Now I would have given them 4 or maybe 5 stars but I had a terrible experience there. Long story short I was overcharged $4 one day on my debit card so I went in the next day to order food and told the guy and he said he would just refund my whole meal and I was like oh gee you didnt have to do that but thanks! I left and later that day saw that instead of crediting me back for my meal he double charged me! Regularly $21 but I ended up paying $42 and after that I was livid because the guy was an ass to me saying that people dont normally order extra veggies on their kale and Quinoa bowls....yeah right! And every time I order extra veggies they rarely give them to me and I said one day if theres an extra charge for extra veg thats fine and they said no theres not. Anyways so I called them to tell them my problem and they said the manager would get back to me so he never did and I called again and she said the manager would get back to me so my boyfriend took the phone and asked for corporates number and trying to make this as short a story as possible, called the guy he said hed lol into it and he called me back the next day and didnt even let me talk and kept saying we only see one purchase here from you and he just kept repeating himself and I was like so your telling me your not refunding my money and not even saying anything about them overcharging me??? He just kept repeating himself and talking all this mumbo jumbo about how debit cards work. Now I love b goods food so much and there isnt any other place like them around but I will NEVER EVER USE MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD there EVER AGAIN! I do not trust these people and frankly Id LOVE to boycott them but there food is so delicious I wont and Im too nice of a person to do something like that. From now on I am only paying with cash. I hope that they dont do this to anyone else!

Fantastic lunch spot. Pretty small, but feels specious because of the high ceilings. There really isnt tons of stuff going on food wise in that corner of Glastonbury, so this is really a gem. Its got a tremendous focus on local sourcing, and really the only place of its kind (high quality fast food/counter service). The menu doesnt change much, but what is there is fantastic. Daily ground beef for burgers, super creative quinoa bowls. Everything is made to order and the portions are large. I also really appreciate the condiment area. Theres usually a zany hot sauce, and always some specialty ketchup and mustard. Beside that station sits the prominent Maine Root soda fountain. Im not crazy about pop, but I make an exception for these guys, especially since Ive never seen it on tap like that. Only real negative is that theres usually a bit of a wait, but thats a willing tradeoff for fresh and local food. Also, Im fairly sure they offer pickup service.

b.good serves locally fresh grown produce, cheeses and meats. Theme is to support your local farmer. The menu features burgers with seasonal ingredients, salads, milkshakes, and fries (potato & sweet potato). The prices are fair which means that you can expect to pay between $10-$15 per person for a drink, burger/salad, and side of fries. They offer a kid’s menu. The thing that I found most unique is with their choices of drink flavors. For example, they make “homemade & all natural” iced tea and lemonade. Flavors include unsweetened lemon iced tea, strawberry lemonade, rosemary lemonade and beet-ginger lemonade. The soft drink machine offer blueberry, raspberry, diet and regular cola made with cane sugar.

I would have given this more stars because I like their sweet potato fries, burgers, salads, and shakes. Unfortunately, their service isnt great. Because it takes awhile to prepare fresh food, I tried to call in my order to be picked up. Seven minutes later, I was still on hold. I finally hung up and called back only to get a busy signal multiple times. People get busy and forget things. I get it, but tonights natural consequence was the loss of my money. Theres no lock on the ladies room door which opens to the line at the cash register. It has been that way for awhile now and no ones even put a "please knock, door does not lock" sign on it. I will go back. I just hope they get their act together.

Just like their motto says "Real food fast". First time here on business and I am blown away with how fresh and rich tasting the ingredients are. I ordered a quinoa bowl and a side of sweet potato fries. I did not expect to finish it all but it was SO DELICIOUS!!! The best part is I didnt feel heavy or weighed down afterward. This is REAL and FRESH food! My only complaint is that they dont have any locations in Florida. If youre looking for a healthy way to switch things up, Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!

Just ok. Went after lunchtime so it wouldnt be crowded but it still took 20min for a burger in a lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries that are not even cooked. And the avocado is not sliced avocado, its smeared guacamole. Not impressed. Place looked clean though and had a nice open eating area. Probably wont go back with a price of $14!! The food wasnt worth that amount.

Horrible- will NEVER return.... Ordered two vegetable sandwiches and French fries. Sandwiches came out 10 min before fries... Finished eating before fries came out... When they did- they were just awful!!! Burned and limp... Seemed full of oil. Service surely.... The guy behind the counter gave us dirty looks while we walked out. Totally horrible everything. Stay away.

Customer service was lacking. Food was talked up more then it really was. Food was mediocre at most, basically not worth the money for food. Interior was generic noting to rave about. Outdoors has a nice patio, covered seats unfortunately looks as if no one has cleaned it for a while. Leaves are expected but there is already an excessive amount on the ground.

I generally dont write reviews but for what I got his was not really what I was expecting. Fries were unbelievably soggy...turkey Burger was good but definitely nothing to rave about and the service could use some improvement. Had to ask 3 times for the fries and shake with my Burger before it was put in my bag...probably wont return.

Ah, b.good. If you have celiac and have a burger craving this is the place to go. Ive never had a reaction here so they are good with avoiding cross contamination. The toppings are always fresh and their Maine Soda is the best! The fries are good only if you get them drag out of the fryer. Hey tend to get soggy pretty quick.

The food was fresh and hot! I went there to try it out and was not disappointed . They have veggie burgers, so vegetarians wont be left out. They also have gluten free buns available, and they told me that they take several precautions to make sure they are not cross contaminated with the wheat buns. Definitely going back!

I think the recent reviews reflect how poorly this once nice place has fallen - the food isnt good anymore and the atmosphere is terrible - I dont know if there was a change in management or a change in ownership but this once nice place should move out of the prime location in Glastonbury -
