The definition of disappointment! Went on Friday night and lucked out with 2 seats at the bar, otherwise we would have waited about an hour for a seat. the place was cafeteria loud and totally packed, uncomfortably so.. like fire hazard packed.. nothing like sacrifing atmosphere to squeeze in as many suckers as possible. We put our app order in, then about 15 minutes later we put in our dinner order. After about 45 minutes of waiting we finally inquired about the app, at which point it was obvious the app order never went in because 7 minutes later it came out "on the house." It was tuna nachos, haphazardly put together but honestly not bad.. the best part of the visit in fact. Over an hour later, our burgers finally came out. (before that they tried giving us 2 separate orders that were not ours). My chicken breast "burger" (build your own style) was the size of a silver dollar, and about as thick too.. 3 or 4 would have made a good meal. Toppings were scarce, flavor was decent but nothing spectacular. My gfs burger was mediocre, bun was dry and bland, and they forgot the Chipotle Aioli she ordered. Really not sure how they get so much business. Red Robin would have been an upscale experience by comparison.. Save yourself the disappointment, go to max burger or plan b.

THE middle aged female MANAGER WAS A BIT*H (she had glasses on and was wearing a pink shirt today)! I just returned from a business lunch there (something I do frequently there) and this time was very long wait. The restaurant had maybe 5 tables sat and we waited over 15 mins for their Buffalo Chips. 2 Minutes after we received our appetizer of chips, our burgers were brought out. During our wait, the gentleman I was with had his foot partially up on the bench. The manager walked by 2 times and was staring at him with a very bitchy face. She did not ask if we needed anything or apologize for the wait. The 3rd time she walked by she leaned into us and said "We like our customers sitting on the bench, not your foot." and walked away. I could think of 10 different other ways to politely ask someone to put their foot down. I will not return to this establishment since there is another very good burger place 1 minute down the road.... PLAN B! To the manager...you RUINED our lunch, interrupted our conversation and was rude to customers who frequent your restaurant.

Terrible service and mediocre burgers at best. Their kitchen has no idea how to handle multiple orders, just check out other reviews. They stated that the reason why we, a 3 person burger dinner, waited over an hour was because of a party in the back. That party consisted of 7 people, the rest of the restaurant was pretty much empty. On top of that they got my order wrong, I ordered a burger from the menu, and got both of my friends orders wrong, they had custom burgers made from the check off sheet. The burgers were lukewarm and mine smelled fishy, I ordered a beef burger. No wonder why they were dead on a Saturday night in the middle of Springfield Mass. No way will I go back. The staff were nice but only attentive after I walked up to one of them asking about our food. "You arent the only ones in the restaurant and there is a large party in the back" (see above about said party).

Wow, all these fairly high star scores....for what?! If it was anything like what we had, I dont understand how. We were there shortly after opening (while not busy) and it still took us an hour and a half start to finish. Food literally took like 30+ minutes to come out; including appetizers which came out with the food! The manager seemed to not care and when asked avoided confrontation, ran away, and never answered why it was taking so long. Then all our food was sub-par - could of went to any other mainstream sitdown burger place (or one thats almost next door that weve never had a bad experience) and got better food - especially for the price. Just an overall bad experience. I know we wont be back!

Did a build your own burger, regular beef, cheese, sesame bun, lettuce+tomato, caramelized onions, and bacon. Ordered burger as medium rare (described in menu as very pink). Food came out, bun wasnt toasted nor warm, burger was overcooked (to well done) and dry, cheese wasnt melted, and burger was pretty small (compared to bun at least). Entire burger was pretty lukewarm honestly. Came out to about ~14 dollars for price of burger + fries. Quality of burger was lacking and not really worth it, and the location shouldnt have had an excuse (Tuesday at 6pm is not a busy time). Wouldnt recommend. Drink selection seemed pretty solid and the staff were also nice. I wouldnt recommend.

Disappointing...Went with the Build your own burger option...Ordered Kobe beef medium, Pepper jack cheese and jalapenos. The burger arrived over cooked and the bun was so big, the burger was lost. From a presentation perspective, similar to Wendys. It was cold to where the cheese had not melted...Jalapenos were shriveled and tasteless. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate Luxe at 2. The interior is interesting with the high ceilings...but noisy even with only ten people (Mostly Police) eating, on a Friday, at noon...another indication that perhaps we made the wrong choice. Plan B is much better, from atmosphere to presentation....and of course the food is very good.

Good burger place not as good as 5guys but if i were to go back its because the waitresses are hot as hell. But pretty good non the less. The burger was good think i had bison if im not mistaken. With grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun. With side of fries. I will say they get three stars because they seem very cheap with the fries for that price you would expect more fries but they give you less than a hand full. So sad thats why they are 3 stars for me. BUT YOUR WAITRESSES ARE SMOKING HOT. SHOULD DRESS THEM UP SIMILAR TO HOOTERS AND UD HAVE ME COMING THERE INSTEAD OF FIVE GUYS

the food is good but this place is the worst place for take out food ever..... ordered 6 different times over the last few months and we still have not had our meal correct.... bacon burger doesnt come with beacon, fattie melt come between 2 pieces of toast and not the 2 grill cheases... this place will not be open for all that long if they dont get there stuff together... plan b and other burger places are packed and luxe was only half full.. i know were not the only ones to complain since thats all the managers say all they do is comp food...

We had to wait 1 hour for our food. We didnt see our waiitress for 45 minutes after we ordered. I wanted another drink but could not get one. My salad was terrible. It was one huge bowl of kale with very little else in it. Complained to manager and she had an attitude, said "thats how some nights roll." She did not want to hear our complaints and was not at all concerned with what we were upset about. I have never written a review before but this was such a terrible experience I felt I needed to. HORRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE-stay away!

We went tonight as a family of 5. Waitress Liz was wonderful. Burgers were so yummy! Adult milkshake...soooo good!!! Our first time here and we will definitely be back. In this visit we were approached by 4 different people including what I assume to be the manager. The chef came out and started talking to our son and saw he ate all the fudge off his sundae and came back with a little cup of cookies to put on the rest of it. Just great people, great experience!!
