ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a regular; every time I go in there they are so damn slow, they make me late for lunch. No one there looks happy to be working there, they always have an attitude except one night girl who works their...and I have noticed them close 20 minutes before they should. I have made several complaints to corperate and apparently they dont do anyone....My fiance, his coworkers, boss and I WONT BE BACK....unless you clean house and fill it with people who are faster, like knowing how to work on other orders while filling the prior one

My wife went in (I waited in the car with our daughter), and said they were fantastic, extremely friendly, and got everything just right. They mustve been quick, because she was back quickly. Parking lot is cramped, given the space. Otherwise, Im impressed, and Im not a big fan of subway. (In RE: other reviews; I generally give credit to reviews based on the reviewers effort to use proper spelling, grammar, and complete sentences... If you dont take the few seconds to write properly, youre just an anomalous angry person, seeking any outlet)

Awesome Subway! Not sure what the issue is with the other posters. Sometimes you have to wait; its because they are busy. Food is always fresh; staff always friendly, and service is excellent. The only issue is that its a very small store in a very small parking lot. Because its good its popular and often standing room only. The store is clean and the food is good; whats not to love?!

They make the food pretty well, but its always either understaffed, or theres one older Brazilian woman texting or on the phone in the back instead of helping. My theory is the owner is boning them. Oh I also learned theres a small camera/microphone over the register, which is in violation of MA laws.

This subway is great compared to others in Massachusetts. The staff are highly attentive which is necessary in a job like this and are not distracted. Overall this a really good place.
