Terrible. Lived across the street from this building for 20+ years. Was THE best pizza around. Since the sale to new owners my favorite lifetime pizza place has become meaningless. So sad to see a neighborhood institution go by the wayside. This is not a knock on the previous owners, everyone moves on....you guys were the best.

11/21/2016- worst calzone Ive ever had there,1+lb of pepperoni, no sauce, no cheese. Grrrrrrr ever since they sold its been a mess with almost every order Ive put in since then. Always something wrong with order, they dont pay much attention to detail over there. The old owner are already missed and we still see them there lol

Honestly to say, the pizza is good. Only been here once but it is the closest to my house. Will recommend this place for those looking for good pizza around South Grafton. The only drawback though would be that the employees there do not wear gloves. Also, the Greek owners seem to run the place nicely.

They have the best pizza in the area, the staff is very polite, the pizza is fresh and the sauce is perfect. I drive here from Springfield once to twice a month when I visit family. New Fancy has the best pizza in the Grafton area

Fantastic.... Especially Chicken Cutlet sub loaded with mayo. They use high quality REAL Chicken breast NOT that pressed patty crap! We love this place!
