There were reviews in Yelp under The Heritage in Sherborn Mass. but the name was removed and it is back under the old Sherborn Inn - which is now The Heritage in Sherborn. We have been twice. It is not even remotely worth the price. Small portions, the bar seating is so tight that the stools are just push together and when it gets full people cant even sit comfortably. The meatballs are small and there are 3 - no bread, no nothing extra. The drink, even the Martini we order was served in a glass filled with ICE! It is painted, and freshened up, but it is high urban pricing and Serborn is not an urban city or town, it is suburban with no industry and really no downtown - we have one gas station. The owners were not approachable. The staff really young. The Shepards pie - was literally square, cold, and if served hot it may have been good. We ate when we got home. The sandwiches are basic sandwiches. When you order the nachos you get 3 and they come with chicken which was pink on the inside and warmish. If you are hungry go somewhere else. If you want to pay a lot of money and get no extras, even politeness and just hang out in a newly redone place - then go.

We took a large group for a festive dinner to welcome overseas guests. It was vastly over priced and little or no attention was given to presentation or execution. The young staff did what they could to make the experience pleasant but nothing could overcome the truly mediocre food and lack of attention to a dining experience. Additionally we were charged an "administrative" fee for no apparent reason. Had we simply showed up as a large party and perhaps ordered from the pub menu we might have gotten some value for our expenditure. It was an expensive lesson learned.

What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! I highly recommend the bacon board. The renovation of the space is incredible. The pub setting is perfect for the delicious farm-to-table menu. The elegant Heritage dinning room is beautiful for a special occasion. We adore La Morra and were thrilled to see the meatballs on the menu too!

I have been here half a dozen time and have enjoyed the food very much. The only complaint I have is the lighting. When you walk into the lobby after dark, it hurts your eyes its so bright. Just after it opened, the bar and dining room/secondary bar were also overly bright, but they has improved.

So happy the new owners have done this place justice! Great food, accommodating staff (if a little slow sometimes). I called with a special request before an anniversary dinner and they executed flawlessly. The provisions shop is a great place for a special bottle of wine too.

Don Spongberg, I have really enjoyed the Heritage. Enjoy eating in the bar next to the dining room. Heritage is a great addition to Sherborn. Looking to the opening of the dining room. The pastry chef has provided some great selections for Heritage Provisions.

Went to hear the Wolverine Jazz Band, was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks and food. Service was top notch.

Weve eaten on the patio in Summer and had a drink by the fireplace in the Winter, as well as visited the wine shop on premises.
