This is the second time I have ordered through the drive-thru and had the older woman wait on us. She is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever come across. She has no communication or people skills what so ever and its time for her to retire. I do not understand why anyone would apply for a job where you are waiting on people all day when they clearly do not like people! The only reason why I decided to give BK in Plainville another try is because the first time Ms. Manners was rude and obnoxious the on shift manager was extremely pleasant and apologized for her. This time Im done I will not be going back unless she is no longer there. McDonalds is right across the street.

The food is good but the morning management is terrible! I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant (add bacon) and she charged me $1.50 for what appeared to be 1/2 a slice of bacon on my sandwich. I disputed it and she said thats how much it cost to add bacon. Till this day I still dont agree. Moving on...today I ordered a whopper add bacon and the charge for 3 1/2 slices was $0.70. Why does bacon cost more during breakfast and you get less? (loved the service I received today fast and prompt btw) I recommend consumers to look at their receipts in the morning if youre going to eat there. Somethings not right!

Burger King is like any other Fast Food restaurant. Essentially you get what you pay for. The food is good, and it fills you up. Youre not paying an arm and a leg to have a meal prepared for you. And it will kill you just as fast as smoking or drinking. So trust me, what youre putting in your body isnt any worse than what youve been doing your whole life. Now go have a good meal with the King, and have it Your Way.
