I went here excited for a cheesecake Blizzard and left with the bitter taste of terrible customer service in my mouth. They got my order wrong, which honestly happens, no big deal, Ive worked in food service before so I get it... But what came next was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I told the woman working the driveup window that what she had given me was not what I ordered, she was visibly frustrated and told me with attitude that if I wanted to change my order I had to pay extra. I responded by repeating that what she had given me was not what I had ordered initially. She then, instead of apologizing and making the order, told me to give her my card again because she wanted to charge me the difference between what she gave me and what I ACTUALLY ordered, maybe 50 cent difference. I told her that I already put my card away and that I wanted to speak to the manager. A middle aged man wearing a red sox jersey (I assume he was the manager?) abrubtly poked his head out the drive-up window, looking irritated, he raised his voice talking down to my younger brother and me, saying something along the lines of, "Look fellas, if you want to change your order at this point youre gonna have to pay for both, maybe you should have just ordered what you wanted in the first place." So much for "Customers always right. At this point I was so frustrated that I got out of my car and went in to get everything settled, when I got inside things were no better and the communication with the manager and his employees made me feel belittled. The woman with attitude begrudgingly went in the back and made the order, but I did not feel comfortable eating it after how I was treated and the fact that when I said thank you she said nothing. I was too worked up at this point to ask for a refund so I just left. I love DQ but I will NEVER be returning to this location.

Awfull !!! I used to go here as a kid and I loved it. As an adult Ive taken my kids here probably a handful of times because every experience is worse than the last . Today was beyond ridiculous . You simply just cant fix stupid . The place was trashed . No tables cleaned. Trash piled and falling on the floor. Order taker was rude . Uniforms looked horrendous, stained with who knows what . Employees all looked miserable and the few I came in contact with were rude. And my entire order was given to a different family . The guy confronted the counter and she wasnt very understanding or apologetic. So I went up and the girl was rude about it. Then instead of getting me my order (who had been there 25 min longer then that other family) they got their whole order and got to finish eating it before I even got mine. I will NEVER return here again . Absolute waste of time and money.

This location is terrible. First, they doubled charged us, then the manager argued with us in the drive-thru, & threw away our receipt. Then we get home & my sandwich is wrong! Called a different manager & told him what happened. He said to come back & hed handle it. When I went back, it was the rude manager again, who called me a liar in front of customers & then ignored me. Third call, third manager, who spoke to rude manager who lied & said I swore. Then he called me back & THREATENED ME to never call or come back again or theyd call the cops. He said Im a liar trying to get free food, even though we still have the purchase on our online banking, & I took a pic of the food, with the date. Called corporate but no response in over 2 weeks. Now I wish I wouldve cursed him out!

Went to the drive thru today 8/17/17 @ 3ish. The boy working the window was absolutely terrible. He never said a word to me. No greeting, the amount, nothing. Just stuck his hand out the window waiting for a payment. I handed him a 20, he then dropped all of the change into the ground and still said nothing. I then asked for covers on the ice creams which he must have forgot. So when he handed them to me I said, i did ask for covers on those and AGAIN he said nothing! Just turned around put covers on and closed the window...... seriously horrible service. I get that its a fast food restaurant but still he could have at least said hi or Im sorry for dropping all of your change onto the ground....

Usually Dairy Queen is pretty efficient and the same wherever you go. But this one wanted to be special. Not only did it take about 15 minutes to get out actual food while in the dining area, when i got my meal (chicken sandwich), the bun was soaking wet, like mush. I go to replace the sandwich and just get chicken fingers and they say it will take 15 minutes....20 minutes late, still no food for me (while the rest of my party was done) and low and behold they forgot my order entirely! Ten minutes later with about 6 workers standing around doing nothing but chatting my order came out....incorrect nonetheless. Save yourself and just go to the one a couple of towns over in Foxboro.

DairyQueen 340 Washington St North Attleboro Ma gets an epic fail in customer service. They seem to have miss placed my order according to the manager after a lengthy wait. Then when the manager said they would make the order over, he went to his office sat down and the youngsters failed to make it. Now Id hate to feel that I and my children were being ignored because we were the only people of color in the establishment a the time. I would be equally disturbed at the thought that they just didnt repspect their manager and decided to use me as a way to show him their displeasure.

Coming from a person who used to work here. It is the most unsanitary fast food restaurant I have ever worked at. The employees smoke weed at the back door. They contaminate the food with the vapes they are allowed to smoke where they make your meal. They also contaminate it when they lick there fingers after / while making your blizzards. One of the employees made a mistake and the manager left to smoke a blunt and came back and verbally fired him. There is also black mold all over the back sink where they wash their dishes that you guys eat on or drink out of.

If I could give this dq no stars I would. This is based on multiple occasions. I swear they have the most ignorant people working there. This last time, my husband came home with our blizzards and they were like soup. I live about 45 seconds from there!!! They are ridiculous. They have such a difficult time understanding the simplest orders. We have a problem every time we go there. If you want good dq make the drive and go to Bellingham.

The staff I encountered were rude, unprofessional and lacking basic hygiene. I had to wait 40 minutes in a drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, most of the staff were just chatting and texting. The one person who was actually preparing food wasnt wearing gloves. I loved this place as a kid but as an adult I will never again give them my money until they are under new management.
