I had a calzone and my wife had a sub. The sub was good, but not fresh bread. The calzone was okay, but lots of grease that made the dough a bit on the mushy side. The sub and calzone were both large in size and easily more than enough as a meal for a single person each. As a reference, the calzone was about the size of a small (or medium) pizza folded in half and the sub was about 14-16 inches. The restaurant itself has a small parking lot and a small dining area. The decor is non-existant and the place does not inspire much confidence in how worn down the place looks which unfortunately makes you begin to question how much attention to detail they put into their food storage. Cleanliness was marginal. Not dirty, but not spick and span either. The staff was friendly, but we ordered for pick up so I cant say how dinning room service (if any) would fair. Consider trying it but keep your expectations in reserve.

I called and asked if they had Margarita pizzas and they said yes... So I ordered a large... Paid $19 Get back to my house only to see that there were no big pieces of mozzarella, no tomato sauce, no shredded basil... So what did they consider a "margarita pizza"? Regular cheese pizza, (dough must have been frozen because it tasted horrible, definitely not hand stretched dough) the cheese pizza was covered in giant tomato chunks, and then smothered in some type of oregano sauce. Never going here again, even if they had made the pizza correctly, the dough would have ruined the pizza for me. If youre in the mood for pizza, and even if going to Pizza Hazel is your last option....change your craving. This place will not leave you satisfied. On another note, the workers were polite. Like I said, that was the first and last time I will EVER go to that place.

I came in with a group of friends who all got something. I wasnt able to buy anything, so I just sat and talked with my friends. One of the servers noticed that I hadnt bought anything, so he asked me if I wanted to get something. "Not unless its free!" I joked. "Absolutely! Ill make you a small pizza." So he gave me a personal-sized cheese pizza and a soda for free. Ive had Pizza Hazel before and its always been delicious, but its ever better to be treated like a human rather than just a customer. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent pizza and subs. Our favorite fried mozzarella sticks anywhere. Prices are a little on the high side, but we think their food is worth it. Dessert menu could be larger, but what they have is very good and reasonably priced. Id advise delivery, though, especially in the summer. While there is plenty of seating, it is unbearably hot in the restaurant because they have no air conditioning or do not use it. We prefer takeout or delivery anyway, so it doesnt affect my rating.

Delivery in 30 minutes at 10:30pm on a Thursday. Inexpensive, tasty, enormous portions. Stuffed shells were definitely never a frozen product- you can tell by the ricotta (though the marinara was a bit sweet for me) Chicken avocado wrap was HUGE and the chicken was incredible. Seems like the chicken and the more Mediterranean fare might be the direction to steer at this place. Super inexpensive - 2 huge entrees, 1 appetizer +tax/delivery/15%tip = $36!!!

1.0 star rating 1/1/2017 We put in a take out order at 5:10pm, being told it would be here a little after six. When we called at 6:10, we were told it was on its way, and when we called at 7:10, we were told that they hadnt made it at all. They did not offer any discounts or extras to make up for this. Lied to twice, no customer service, never ordering again.

Menu had a lot of choices. Food was good, not great. You order at the counter and seat yourself, they bring food to you when ready. I was there on a Wednesday at 6p and only 1 family was there and they were new to MA. Atmosphere was below standard.

I ordered a mac and cheese dinner for my daughter and a cucumber salad for myself. When I got the food they sent hard plain macaroni and a cucumber salad with no cucumbers. And the prices are outrageous! I will never order or reccomend this place.

The night delivery was great and fairly fast, and I liked that you can order online, but the pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. The wings were alright, but swimming in sauce. We ended up throwing out most of the food we bought.

I got a great deal on two large pizzas and a two liter of soda. The pizza was served hot and tasted great. The texture of the crust was just right. Ill be back for more soon.
