This place is EXCELLENT! I can get work done on my computer while I have some coffee and Im still able to watch my son through their glass wall, which allows you to fully view the play-area at all times. Ive never run into the place being over-crowded and I have to say (being a neat-freak myself) that this place is SO clean! You can really tell they wipe down all of their play equipment often, as well as stay on top of restrooms & floors. Ive also noticed them asking anyone who didnt have socks on to purchase socks for only $1, thank you! Nothing grosses me out more than children running around with no socks in the same places where my child may very well end up doing a face plant. I drive 45 minutes for this place, its the ONLY play place Ive ever come across that isnt chaotic, along with a totally clean environment . Expand state-wide, PLEASE! :)

I celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday party there and we ended up spending jer special day at Umass with a concusion and she loss her front tooth. The owners were neglecful and never even followed up to see how my daugther was doing. They didnt want us to call the ambulance and continued with business as usual. I would not recommend this place to anyone and my daughter will never go there again. Worst experience ever!

When daddy needs to get some work done on his laptop, this place makes it possible. The kiddo loves it here; its fun, and there are other kids to play with. Parents can come here and fuel up on good food and coffee, while the kids play on the other side of the glass wall. What more could you ask for?

My daughter loves this place. She is able to play safely with a variety of toys and then have a healthy snack . The only improvement I suggest is a baby gate between the play room and the eating lounge.
