Overall a pretty good place. The girls working the counter were very friendly and nice. The prices are extremely reasonable. I ordered the roast beef with tomato and provolone. The roast beef was pretty good, it was a nice medium rare, just how I like it and wasnt heavily seasoned like so much roast beef. The serving size was also good for the price. The one criticism was that the beef was a little more dry than Id like but it wasnt a huge deal. The tomatoes werent great (but it was only a 15 cent upcharge so who cares). Overall good experience would come back.

Food is great! Place is clean but, there were 3 girls behind the counter all playing with their long hair. The girl who took my order had her hands in her hair the entire order. The other two were off to the side talking filling take out bags while fixing and playing with their hair. If youre going to play with your hair stay out of the food business!!!

Awful the women Olga who worked the counters had way too tight of clothing on which also could see her underwear unbelievably rude... Messed up my order then tried to blame other young girls which Olga one took my order . Then while eating seen a rat... Yes a RAT run around the back of counter to say at least Olga made my experience at Royals horrendous.

My first time here and I wasnt really impressed with the presentation of my sandwich. It was the Super Roast beef combo and the sandwich was way too peppery. There was BBQ sauce but not nearly enough for the size of the sandwich. The fries were amazing though.

Without a doubt, my favorite roast beef sandwich place in Boston. The meat is consistently tender and flavorful, the fries are served screaming hot and well-seasoned, and the staff is fun and friendly.

I wish I could give Royals more than five stars. The fries alone warrant at least ten, and when you add their super roast beef sandwich, theres no reason to go anywhere else!

Fantastic roast beef and sea food take out and delivery. The Super Beef (with everything on it) is great. Free refills on drinks when you eat on location is always a plus.
