I would give it no stars but its not a option. Most recent issue is how the manager and the general manager told me straight out they honestly dont care if a waitress treated me and my family like s*** or that everything we ordered was messed up and then offered to fix it but arent keeping up to that promise. They both told me they dont care if I felt insulted or offended. The general manager Corey told me he honestly dont care how my feelings was hurt by his manager Dave and he isnt interested in continuing the phone call because he doesnt care to hear something that I deserved. I deserved to be called a liar, have my culture insulted, I deserved for the waitress to slam a dish on the table. Deserved to have me pay for food that was not right. Deserved to be lied to, deserved to to have the waitress make fun of my younger sister because of her weight when she isnt over weight but isnt a size 2. According to him I deserved it. So if anyone wants to be treated like that or feels they deserve it go ahead dine with them.

We went here a few Thursdays ago and the food was terrible. We ordered the dip plate to start and it just wasnt cooked properly. The chicken dip was so runny it could have been soup and the spinach artichoke dip the cheese underneath was not melted, cold and not mixed together. I ordered the trio appetizer for my dinner. The pasta ribbon was cold yet so overcooked it was like eating beef jerky and unsauced. The calamari was cold and almost white in color.the rest of the food wasnt quite as bad but it still sucked. When we asked to see the manager she defended the food and offered a free dessert which we passed on. She eventually comped all our meals. We had to leave and go find somewhere else to eat.

We came hungry than ever before the staff was amazing we left our gift card at home Sue the manager was extremely nice and pleasant and it was no problem to take a picture of the gift card front and back and we got to use it. Our waitress was extremely awesome and a delight. She was very thoughtful to my pregnant sister . Jenna also explained they give the leftovers at the end of the night to the homeless. What a delightful experience I will definitely come back and ask for Jenna. This truly was a great end to our night. BEST OLIVE GARDEN EVER!

Yesterday we visited Olive Garden in Taunton to celebrate my granddaughters college graduation. I am compelled to say that it was a truly wonderful experience! There were 10 of us and we all concurred that the service and food were amazing. We felt like we were kings and queens. Our 2 servers (Jen and Nicole) were there to meet our every need. The service was impeccable. Every meal ordered came piping hot and was delicious! It was the perfect way to end a perfect day. We will definitely visit this Olive Garden again in the near future.

The wait staff has been very pleasant. The food is really good here. Weve tried their steak dishes, chicken dishes. I especially like their stuffed chicken marsala. Their appetizers and desserts... there are so many to choose from. The cheese fonduta (it whatever it is called) is really good, especially if you are a cheese lover. The shrimp and stuffed mushrooms are also good too, if you like seafood. For desserts, Ive tried just about everything over the times we have gone there. I havent found one that I didnt like.

Came to this Olive Garden with a friend and weve both agreed to never come back. The food was absolutely terrible, nothing was cooked correctly. Our appetizer was bland and cold. The stuffed mushrooms were soggy and floating in cold juices. The main meals were even worse. Cold, dry and tasteless. To make the entire experience worse, we were served stale wine.. it was undrinkable. Staff couldnt have been less attentive. I wasnt expecting a five star experience, but something better then a microwaveable meal.

We LOVE Olive garden. We go alot to the one in framingham! We visited this one on our way home from the cape. It was mid day... 2-2:30pm. It was NOT bust. We were one of three maybe four parties. It took forever to get menus... the drinks came separately and 15 minutes apart. It took 15 minutes to get any food! i am happy to say we do not live close to this Olive Garden! We will make sure the framingham Olive Gardens knows what GREAT service they provide every time we go... which is quite frequent!!

Just there this passed sat night with hubby. The food was great and had a great waitress. I had an issue with something I ordered and they had no issue taking it back. We did have 1 issue that was there was a light in the dining area where they sat my husband and I right under. Where I suffer migraines this was the worst thing that could ever happen to me. They did move us but a little late my head started already hurting and my eyes got really tight.

we both ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and when it was delivered to the table both portions were different in size and the sauce was completely dried out as we had to ask for more to cover the noodles. the restaurant was also very dirty and we found spaghetti on the wall from previous customer and showed waitress her response was "what would you like me to do about it". we said nothing. paid the bill and walked out very dissatisfied

We asked for a warm place to sit, but were placed in a very drafty spot and later learned that the heat wasnt even working in that area. The bread, starters and steak were good, but the lobster ravioli was a disaster. - tasted like theyd poured half a cup of salt into into it. They did remove one order of it from the bill, but not mine since it was a steak and ravioli combo. Stay away from the lobster ravioli!

The waitress was extra nice my food was alright and only problem I have is that my mother is a vegetarian and she asked for vegetarian meal and they brought it back a meal with meat in it.I dont think it was the waitresses fault she said she told the cook to make the meal without the meat in it but it came back and had meat in it

Service is average, needs new carpets they smell like rotten milk, Decor is run down. Just had alfrado with shrimp I have had better off a Canteen truck my kids got mac an cheese looks like box dinner. We will not come back here and tell people not to go here...

Service was extremely slow for less than half filled restaurant, had to remind waitress for napkins at least three times. Spilled out a few dishes while serving and cleaning, and took way longer than usual to get the food, even the bread!

The food is always good. The salad is not overdressed. The pasta is cooked well. Seating doesnt feel over cramped even with the family style setting. Location is nice, but bit of a round about way to get into the parking lot.

Enjoyable, you get what you expect. Decent Italian inspired food, friendly staff, good salad. The price rivals smaller non-chain establishments though, so look around before you settle for this standard option.
