Avoid this place like the plague!!! I have NEVER,EVER,EVER had anything that REMOTELY resembles a good experience here. Absolutely horrible in every way. *EDIT* Well...its more than a year later, so I figured I would give this BK location another try. Boy, was I mistaken! Nothing has changed, if anything the place has become WORSE! I was waited on by a young man whos attitude was deplorable. He didnt say hello, he didnt smile, and when I asked about a special that was running he said "how the hell should I know?" ??? Excuse me? You DO work here right? My fries were ice cold and rock hard, and my chicken sandwich was DRENCHED in mayo, it actually oozed out of the bun all over my hands and table when I took my first bite. I like mayo.....a lot.....but there IS such a thing as to much. Seriously disappointed I returned to the counter to ask for either new fries and sandwich, or a refund. The same young man said "I dont know how to give refunds", then turned his back and proceeded to ignore me. I was aghast. I demanded to see the manager. A large very surly woman came up, and proceeded to tell me that "Burger Kings policy is not to give refunds!" And pushed my meal back across the counter as if I was just supposed to pick it up and leave. I didnt, I started to speak very loudly, so all could hear, and told her just what I thought of the location, the meal, the workers, and her. Then slid the tray back across the counter, her reflexes were as bad as her attitude. She missed catching the tray, and my whole meal, drink and all, smashed onto the floor and exploded everywhere. I stormed out NEVER to return again, and this time......I mean it! I manage a Dunks, so I am very familiar with customer service. The customer is ALWAYS right, even when they are wrong. I tell all my crew members to "kill em with kindness, and always smile" I dont know who runs this BK location, but something MUST be done to change how this place is managed. Fire the whole damn staff and start from scratch. Im going to the BK in Maverick from now on, they know how to do it, given the chance, I would drop a bomb on the Orient Heights BK, and do Eastieans a favor. Come on BK, DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS PLACE!!!!!

this BK in general is usually not very good. it looks nice on the outside until you step in large dining room but the service can vary it is hit or miss most of the time but in general pretty poor. there are alot of kids that hang around the building at almost all times the food could be better and the restroom is pretty dirty too. do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can the 1 in Maverick square is MUCH better even though it is so small at least they have better service. UPDATE: apparently they have some new Manager now and dont really care about how their Employees like to screw your order up. i paid for a LARGE Meal and i received a small after telling the girl behind the counter repeatedly a large big king meal 2 of them both WRONG( surprised they even gave me my Mozzarella Sticks) they had to nerve to tell me i had to pay for my large fries AND drink NO WAY I PAID for large! not only that they also gave me 2 small drink containers and fries i dont care if im yelling you do not screw people over thinking its ok to pay 15$ for 2 meals both of which were screwed up for a size you did not pay for BEWARE of this they think they can get away with it because some people dont check they will charge for one size then give you another i have NEVER experienced this at any other BKs esp the one at Maverick Square, so look before you leave the Staff here and VERY POOR service has had problems for a long time! and they should shut this place down if this disgusting restaurant continues this disrespect for people and BELOW one star service should not even be HALF star thats how BAD this place is! the FDA should REALLY fix this up or needs to GO! for YEARS this has gone on.

If there where the option to put a quarter of a star, that would be my choice. On January 23, 2012 around 5pm I went there by the Drive thru window and the attendant took my order and at the end I ask him to make sure the fries were fresh. Oh yes, they are. That was his answer. I try them and they were cold. I went inside and ask for an exchange for hot ones. He touch the fries with his bare hands and told me, "they look warm to me." I paid for fresh hot fries and thats what Im asking. He taught I wasn't paying attention and put the same fries I returned to re-fried again. The manager saw what he did and praised him with "that was very smart what you did". All this disrespectful show in front of me. I noticed and I asked for my money back. The manager was ignoring me and pretending to be on the phone (personal phone) left me waiting for more than five minutes. She finally came with an angry face and a bad attitude teared the order ticket from the bag and hand the money to my companion, not me without an apology. Total time of service 20 minutes. Service, the worst. And this is the third time I had hard time at this franchise. A few of my friend had experienced the incidents there too. To the Burger King Management of these franchises, do something. They are putting the brand name and the quality of the products on the floor. 5 Stars to the one in Chelsea, at the Market Basket Mall. They know how to treat the customer and their quality and service is the best.

January 25 at about 6:30 PM my daughter was driving me home, when my grandson who is eight years old asked if we could stop and get him some french fries. I handed him two dollars and off he went we could see him from the window. There was two people in the line ahead of him, so we didnt think it would take that long we waited and waited but he did not come out we could see him at the register still after fifteen minutes, so finally I got out and went in by that time another customer had walked in and the young guy took her order while my grandson was standing right in front of her with money in his hand after he gave her her food he walked away. So I said can I get a small frie and he looked at me and told the other girl who was working with him to serve me. I didnt want to cause a scene in front of my grandson so I took the fries and walked away. When I got outside I asked my grandson why didnt he speak up he told me he did and the guy looked at him and walked away... Iam writing this and I really hope someone talk to this person and the rest of the crew they are not friendly at all only when the customers are from their race do the chat and smile I know this because I have witness it several times when I went in for coffee...
