I love love love taking clients and business colleagues to weekday lunch buffet here. The design of the interior is exceptional and beautiful, the buffet is high end (sushi and quality Chinese, Thai, and Japanese foods aplenty) for an amazing price, which as of this writing I think is around $11, maybe less, if you dont get soup or tea, just water. To top that off, servers are practically at your elbow whisking away empty plates and filling water glasses. You feel sort of like a queen or king eating here. I once had a tuna tataki appetizer to die for here. At night, the prices are fairly expensive, but for the food quality and service, its a fabulous date night. I cant recommend this place enough, especially the weekday buffet. What I wind up doing is piling my plate with one round of sushi, then a second round of some sushi and some Thai, and then wind up with a plate of fruit (heaven is when they have fresh sliced mango!) and ice cream (they usually have two flavors) and some mini pastries and cakes. I forgo the salads, not because it isnt good and varied, but because Id explode! Feng Shui is one of my favorite area restaurants, and judging by the fact this large place is packed for buffet lunch, Im not the only one! I have not tried their Hibachi upstairs but Im sure its excellent.

Upon our delightful visit to Feng Shui, the chef not only managed to screw up the meals of 3 of the 4 individuals within our party, but also managed to mess up the couples sitting across from us as well. When we pointed out the error to one of the servers, he politely retrieved the unapologetic manager / owner. Apparently, such an error has "never happened in the past six years [he] operated the business". Rather than offering to correct the issue, he simply asked, what he can do to make things better. Which to me translates, whats the least amount I can do to get away with the issue. As if the service wasnt bad enough, a disgusting brown drip was leaking from the overhead hood onto the grill and into our food. When we questioned this as well, the owner said that the hoods were cleaned the prior night and its clean water. He additionally informed us that the hoods are only cleaned once every three months. Funny, as every restaurant Ive ever been to, they are cleaned every single night. Worst experience ever with no intention on ever going back there again.

I ordered carry out, so I can not comment on the decor. The biggest frustration was with the woman who took the order. She didnt speak English well. I asked what kind of soup my meal came with and she told me it came with soup. After repeating myself, she started giving me attitude because she already told me it came with soup. That was not what I asked, I wanted to know which soup of the four or so on the menu would be served with my meal. Then, it was an ordeal to change from the house salad to a seaweed salad. Despite the fact that there is a $2 difference between the two on the menu, the woman on the phone charged me $3 to upgrade to my choice of salad. By the time I was finished with the exhausting chore of ordering, I found I didnt even want the food anymore. The food was good, nothing too special but not worth what we paid fiscally or in effort of just trying to get the woman on the phone to take our order.

I was happy to have found a buffet. Although there wasn much of a selection at all! Every time i went up to the buffet there was no rice. I saw no soy sauce; no sweet and sour sauces/ duck sauces. Not much to choose from. There was steak& broccoli; chicken skewer; sweet n sour chicken; dumplings; bbqpork; crab rangoons; seaweed salad; chicken wings; scallion pancakes; veggie rolls; assorted veggies; banannas in red sauce; pastries; muscles in bean sauce... It looks like alot on here, its not alot of selection. There were alot of people there at 2pm; my husband and i sat and waited for a refill of soda for five to ten minutes. The food was good that we ate. Nothing to die for. Sushi at chinese buffet looked pretty dried out by lamps. I saw no soups either. Nice staff, just dont think we will be going here for the buffet again. It may be better if you choose off the menu.

Whenever we eat downstairs it is all fantastic. Last night we ate upstairs and had a horrible waitress. She was probably in high school. Still not an excuse, I know plenty of high schoolers that can act mature. She was really unprofessional in the manor she would ask for things. At one point she said "are you done with that, I have been stocking your table". At first we were like "oh she is cute and quirky" then it just got annoying. At the end of the night she asked us if we were messed up. Hinting that we were on drugs or something because she came over and we where laughing about a work story. needless to say down stairs everything is perfect...upstairs a whole different story. or just make sure you server isnt socially 12.

Appetizers were great. The sushi was awesome. The only thing that was just ok was the Pad Thai. We shared that on the side, but realized its not like your traditional Thai or Vietnamese places when it comes to it. Its made with an angel hair kind of dry noodle and had a ton of red onions, which is not usually the case anywhere else. It was fine, but not great. The wait staff kept refiling our waters toi. It was a good time catching up with friends. Not crowded at all on a Wed night, so that was nice. A bit pricey, but worth it overall. I will be back.

I highly recommend Feng Shui for employees talking a lunch break. Their lunch buffets are recommended and they have decent selection of sushi and a delicious offering of desserts. When you enter Feng Shui, you FEEL as if you are entering a five star restaurant. The environment is attractive for the corporate employee and they do attract a lot of employees from nearby businesses. In terms of buffet selections, I prefer Bamboo Fine Asian Cuisine. For the price and ambiance, I recommend Feng Shui. You cant go wrong with both.

This is a great place to gather with your friends while having the opportunity to try the authentic Japanese and Chinese food all in one place. The best part I love here is the dimsum buffet during weekend brunch. Their dinner buffet is amazing as well, they offered a wide variety of seafood and hot food in the buffet. Its a good quick stop whether you are in a rush or want to mingle with your friends. Side note. I cannot comment yet on the hibachi as I have not tried myself but the sushi here is decent.

Ive been there a few times and the food was OK, but I thought it was odd that fried rice is extra. Tonight I called to make a reservation and it went like this: -Hi, can I make a reservation for tonight? -For regular Chinese or Hibachi? -Oh, Im not sure actually.. (about to tell him Ill figure it out & call back) -Snappy voice: Well, you need to be sure. Otherwise how can I make the reservation? -.......OK, Ill call back. -OK, goodbye. Yup, not going there again.
