Its nice but a small Starbucks in my opinion and very busy. Still has great Starbucks foodies , drinks and more. Prices are similar or same as other Starbucks but less foodies selections. Is accessible, like many places in This area The bldgs are Grandfathered in from ADA requirements, its so cool just to enjoy the incredible architecture, Starbucks has the coolest view of this inside and outside, its part of a large bldg. ADA only new businesses are required to be accessible. Many have steps Starbucks does not have Steps. I enjoy Starbucks wish it were bigger and had button to open door but i still can enjoy a nice Latte and a Scone. Overall I Highly recommend this Starbucks. Acessibility Location is in, Old Downtown Andover. I love this town. Can be pricy but for wheelchair users the residents in this area are very nice and the stores, banks, almost all are accessible but not like they are in a big newer ie. city. I dont know if there are any rest rooms. Ramp in is not very steep though. I can do when my bidy is stronger not on days not strong I appreciate people who hold doors. If no button.

I am still so impressed with the Starbucks Corporation. The credit card machine was temporarily not working and I didnt have cash. Starbucks gave my three year old a complimentary organic chocolate milk and cake pop! Thats great public relations & keeps me a loyal customer. Great customer service!!!

I love Starbucks, and I love the location of this one, but its so tiny and always too crowded. The staff if great, and its fun to fun into locals always. Im glad they redid the design a year or two ago - at least were can wait in line without standing out in the cold now...

so i used to come here alot but one day i placed an order on my phone, went to pick it up i was waiting and the worker who said when peoples orders are ready sais to me "um can you stop ordering ahead and actually wait in line and oder hear like the other people do"

The usual Starbucks atmosphere but filled with younger people from Phillips Andover working on their laptops and NEVER leaving. It makes it hard to find a seat during the colder months. Service can be spotty.
