After working 9 hours on my feet without as much as a 15 min.break, the owner told me how he really liked me & felt bad but another employee named Rudy was constantly comaining about diff.co-workers. I was one of them. I was already well-aware she had an attitude problem. I was deff.over qualified for the position. I have a degree & have worked for MIT as well as @ Mass General. I had been sick with Lupus and took the job to get back working. It was local, so convenient. The owner Rich told me this Rudy made the sandwiches @ lunchtime. He said she told him if he didnt get rid of me, she was leaving. I think its highly unprofessional to run a business, allowing a trouble making employee make the decisions of who should work there. Obviously more going on with those 2, than employee & employee! Got a much higher paying job anyway, and would never step foot in that place again. Slave labor! No lunch breaks, no breaks at all! 9 hrs. on your feet for very little pay. Not recommended! You dont treat your employees that way. Actually, I believe its illegal to make people work full-time without a break or lunch hour! Worst place Ive ever worked. As a matter of fact this Rudy bragged how she partied all weekend @ biker week, getting 3 hrs sleep. Shes preparing the food!!!! Eat at your own risk!! Not the cleanest woman!

The staff is the best part of this place. You can TELL from the moment you walk in that its a former Dunkin Donuts with little done to lose that stigma. The WI-FI sucks. Even the staff knows that...they suggest you use the salon WI-FI and give you that pass code, again COOL STAFF. No plugs for charging. Theres ONE midway up the order line on the wall. Two entry signs are passive aggressive; WI-FI for customers only. Reads worse, see attached picture. Dont accept credit or debit cards and goes on to explain the financial reasons; this reads OWNER IS CHEAP. The interior needs to be redone to be more relaxed, casual and local. Its as stale as DD Donuts. The seating is basic but not encouraging for long term stays. Corner location is its best, under utilized attribute. If it wasnt for the staff, Id have left. Sweet and cute as hell. Caffe Nero is diagonally across the street and is a better reflection of what a coffee place should be.

With a starbucks a few blocks down, and a DD right across the street, you might think this local coffee shop might be in trouble. Try their coffee once and youll wonder why you would ever drink the burnt mess in starbucks or the chemically flavored dunkin donuts again. The hazelnut is my personal favorite. The only drawback is that they are cash only, no plastic accepted. Normally this is a deal breaker with me because I never carry cash, but this coffee is well worth the trip to the ATM.

This is the best coffee I have ever had. I used to live in the area and come here everyday. Unfortunately I have moved out of state but am holding on to hope that they will make a website where you can have their coffee shipped to you! Its just that good

This is one of my favorite stops for Coffee in Andover. It is minutes from work; which makes it easy for a daily stop! I recommend any of their brewed in flavored ice-coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries! Note: They only accept cash!

Love this place. Im in the area for work at least once a month, and I always stop in for coffee and a muffin. The staff is friendly, the coffee is great, and the MUFFINS. Stop in sometime, you wont be sorry.

I drink decaf and their flavored coffees are great. It is brewed, not coffee with added artificial flavoring like DD. The employees are super nice and have NEVER gotten my order wrong.
