Food is actually pretty good here (usually) but the staff sucks. Everyone always has an attitude. Ive had my order made incorrectly and have been treated poorly for complaining about it. I ordered delivery once and the sandwich was not made correctly (as described on the menu with no modifications) and was told I need to give the wrong one back. Not really sure why because it should go in the trash at that point but who knows what these jerks are up to any more.

Just paid $13.75 for 5 tiny pieces of steak tips that would not fill up my 9 yr olds stomach never mine a grown man! I wish I can post the picture I took! Guess thatll be my last time getting steak tips from West Side! For $13.75 I can get a nice pack of steak & feed my whole family. I already stop going to Georgios because their steak plate is over $16. I dont mind paying but at least give a good amount of steak! Very disappointed with West Side!!!!

The sandwiches are the best Ive had at Little Sammies. The number 12 is my favorite. The macaroni and cheese options are the favorites of all my family. West side has been our choice of food for many years now and we still feel that it is a great place for all types of food and pizza. We highly recommend them both to all and thank West side for expanding.

The menu is enormous, it has everything you could want.Seafood, pasta, rollups and steak entrees are incredible. All of the items are absolutely delicious, have been a regular customer for many years. Catering platters are great. Employees are extremely friendly and quick. Highly recommended to all.

Okay had great expectations and ordered a meatball sub with fried onions and mozzarella cheese and he was sprinkling on the top as he was coming over to wrap it thought he would at least melt it in the oven thats how they do the provolone I believe thank you wont order that again

I was in town for a few days helping the fair set up and ate here 3 days in a row. Everything was on point. Great menu and a lot of options for anyones palate. Very reasonably priced. Cute girls working the counter. 2 thumbs up.

Got their Salmon Plate with French Fries and Asparagus. Their Salmon was very good and seasoned right. The Fries are best around Crunchy and Fresh! The Asparagus was on point as well! Definitely the best food place in Brockton.

Ive been going to this place for about a year-and-a-half and so far I have enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphere is good and the staff are friendly, and theyve never messed up my order, despite the moderately long wait.

Everything I have had here is soooo delicious, Ive had very nice people every time I call as well. They are a very busy place so wait is an hour for delivery. I wish they were open later, at least on the weekends

updated 10/22/15 - ordered my favorite steak tips salad. Price went from $7.5 to $9.5 and I got 1/3 of the meat I used to get w/ some beat down veggies!!! Stay away from steak, I guess meat has become pricey

I bought pizza and soup from there and they got the pizza wrong twice and the soup had hairs in it. It was my first time buying from them and I will never again buy anything from there. Dont recommend it
