Three strikes your out. Sorry Spa but my last experience with the take out was the last straw. Im not gonna get into detail with my experience BUT they arent either properly trained or they are given a position where they arent capable of doing their job accurately and with friendliness. At this point I feel like Town Spa owners, operators, and general employees feel that we should feel so lucky just to be able to eat their food and pay top dollar for it. From the pizza NEVER being made to how we order, to forgetting to put in the bag what I ordered and paid for, to just plain "give us your money here is half of your order." I work hard for my money. REAL HARD. And at this point I cant waste my hard earned money on what Town Spa is selling. From the quality of the food (pizza, clubs, salads), to the inaccuracy of my order the last three times I gave it another shot, you have definitely lost about 10 customers because of this right off the bat. Im sure it doesnt concern you Town Spa because at this point your selling the name and have such a large following that my opinion or experience doesnt concern you. If thats the mentality then shame on you. All good things do come to an end. It may happen slowly, but if you continue to serve poor quality food for top dollar and continue to not educate your take out staff on customer service and order accuracy, and tell your waitresses to smile, your numbers will continue to drop. I would say you should be concerned because you have competitors close by. But you cant even come close to competing with Lynwoods, Amvets Randolph, Cape Cod Café. The early days of the new location of the Spa wasnt so bad. I mean I wasnt so mad spending money for your product back then. The old location was awesome. But I think you got too big and created a monster and wont/cant invest in a reboot from staff to product. Shame, shame, shame. Shame on you Town Spa for fooling the blue collared folks into thinking its money well spent. Now your just selling the name kind of like SNL doesnt have to be as funny anymore because the rating will always prevail. Your leaning tower will fall if you do not hire the right people to straighten it out. And revamp the factory line like setting in your kitchen to look more like a kitchen where fresh food is being made to order and order accuracy is top priority. I know Im not the only one that can tell the difference in quality between take out side and restaurant side. I want to be proud to say I ate at Town Spa. Sad to say Im embarrassed knowing I spent $100 on aweful aweful food when I could have gotten wonderful no messing around Lynwoods for way less. Where gas is so cheap now no one has to settle. Take the hint all 5 owners. Fix it. Give me a reason to come back.

I have been a long time super fan of town spa pizza, however, after this evening I will probably never go back!!! The service is dreadful! After I was delivered a raw doughey Pizza that had looked like it had been kicked around on the floor, and had a long strand of brown hair cooked into it , my waitress seemed to had been abducted by aliens. She never returned . I had to send it back with another waitress who returned with the same pizza, cooked to a crisp with the same long piece of brown hair draping over the side of the pizza pan. I AM SO DISGUSTED. I demanded she take it back and get my check, in the mean time she sent a manager named Kathy over. (Woof) Kathy apologized up and down and stated she would have another one made. By then we were already in the restaurant longer then planned and I helped my son finish his entree, so I declined the pizza when she finally brought it out. At that time another manager by the name of Kerri came over (she was the GM) and stated "looks like that tall skinny b***h" did comp your bill for you. 1. How is it comping my bill when I didnt get anything edible served to me? 2. Why would you speak that way in front of my six hear old? She responded that I was overheard saying that and that they were done "kissing my a**." This was not true....I never called anyone by that name nor did anyone kiss my a**.! The pizza was delivered back to me with the same hair in it and I was charged for pizza that i did not eat on the bill(hardly an a** kissing)...I advised Kerri that i asked another server for a different manager as the tall skinny blonde didnt resolve my issue. The waitress that I spoke to interjected and advised Kerry that I never used that word. She then advised her employee who vouged for me that "her food was up". When I told her she was approaching me in an unprofessional manner and I was reporting her to someone hire up, she responded "My Father owns this restaurant, good luck with that". My God!!! We were only there to celebrate a perfect report card. I have never felt so uncomfortable or treated so poorly in my entire life. I grew up close by in Sharon. My large family and myself regularly visit that place. If anyone should ever consider ordering from there, please keep in mind that what once was a beautiful family friendly restaurant, is now a disgrace. Please just order take out if anything and please take the extra time to review some of the horrible staff feedback from other displeased customers on here! .

Hugely popular with locals, Im very sorry to say this restaurant is coasting on its reputation. The pizzas -- bar pizza a sui generis small pie with some cheddar in the mix unique to this part of Massachusetts -- has a tendency to be too doughy at times these days. You can compensate to some extent by asking for a crispy pie, but this can result in an overdone topping. The service is generally competent, though slow at times. The wait for drinks can be long. Additionally, many servers will hold cups from the rims. The store is cash only, which used to be inconvenient, but is now absurd. The tables themselves can be very uncomfortable depending on who has moved the bench -- they dont get reset between seatings and each bench serves two tables. Youre probably best off getting a table with individual chairs. This can be a very busy store with a long wait and the wait time quoted can be quite inaccurate. I was impressed to see that there is an elevator that makes the lower seating area wheelchair accessible. The accessible stall in the bathroom is large, with a coat hanger in the middle of the door not at the top, and it has its own sink with an angled mirror. The parking lot for the store is enormous. No matter how busy it is, you should be able to find parking.

Very disappointed with The Town Spa! We had set up a reservation a few days in advance only to wait one hour past our time to even get in and then after spending 2 hours waiting for our food, we get home to find out that the Town Spa had left a message on our answering machine saying we didnt show up for our reservation and they were giving our table away. Unbelievable!!! The waitress was unaccommodating (e.g. we asked her to split our bills because we had a large party and she said "oh no, it would be too much trouble for HER" but dont worry about making the customer happy!), the service was extremely slow in fact one meal came out a 1/2 hour before anyone elses meal and he finished his meal well before the rest of us even got ours!!! The Town Spa has gone down hill, the only good thing they have going for themselves is the pizza. They have a very arrogant attitude towards their customers and really dont care whether you eat there or not. We will stick to take out if we even go back there at all. And my last point, why on earth does a restaurant in todays world not accept credit cards. Come on get with the times!
