Burger King had really gone down hill. While theyve upped their decor and presentation to try to "match" McDonalds, their food has gotten worse. My girlfriend and I were standing at the register waiting to be helped. At least 6 employees passed by us doing other things, and when our cashier did finally make her way over to the register, she didnt even listen to what we said and had the worst attitude. I ordered I double whopper with avocado, bacon, no onions, and no tomato. I got a single whopper with a pickle sized dollop of what was definitely an imitation guacamole, terrible cheese, and what was just an overall terrible burger and undercooked fries. I guess thats what you get when two hamburgers, an order of fries and onion rings take 2 minutes to be made. Just go to McDonalds or Hardees.

Unlike other people that have said negative comments about this place. I really enjoy eating here. Yeah a lot of school kids go there but Im not going to give one star just because school kids go there its not the owners fault. Sometimes they take long hanging out the food but youll never see the employees just standing there, they try to pass the food that is already in front of them so that people dont wait up. People who are saying negative comments just need to get into the employees shoes & understand that this Burger King is always busy & that the employees try their hardest to keep the costumers happy. Ive had a great experience every time Ive visited this Burger King.

a bit sketchy because of the area but dont let that stop you it has just finished renovations about a year ago so now it has improved really nice inside layout and seating its one of the bigger ones i know next to the Medford location food is alright its a little cheaper than some i have been to, the walk to/from the Broadway T can take a bit i wouldnt rely really on that 9 bus unless you really need it it comes but its iffy if you DO walk..... about 16 minutes max its the only BK i know of just outside of the Downtown location.

I do agree with some of the reviews on here. The staff is a bit lazy and forgetful. They do have some good deals here if you use the app. In the mornings this is the old timers hang out. They dont let me sit with them because Im not part of their gang. They told me I have to be "jumped" in. I told these Denture Dudes Im not about that life, havent been there ever since. For fear of be gummed up, I kicked their walkers over that were in a line outside. Cant join em, beat em.

Doing Uber, I usually stop here nightly, so I can say that the crew is hustling all the time. The place is clean considering the amount of usage it gets from late night party goers and drivers. Kids in the hood around here can be a nuisance, but that has nothing to do with the shop. They usually keep them in check. Havent had an order issue.

i CANT EVEN RATE THIS WITH STARS BECAUSE I CANNOT RECOMEND EATING HERE UNTIL THEY GO THROUGH PROPER TRAINING FOR PERSONS WITH ALLERGIES.......... AFTER REPEATING MY 4 TIMES STRESSING THAT I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, THEY STILL COULD NOT GET IT RIGHT AND GAVE ME A SNIPPY ATTITUDE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER, LEFT AND CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

Its simple to make a plain hamburger. Not the first, second, third time they put everything and the kitchen sink on my plain hamburger. I stress everytime Plain nothing at all on it! I dont understand y it keeps happening. So we dont frequent there n e more

They take forever. Everybody there is rude. Seen manager have problem with customer and he was quick to get fiesty towards them. Everybody seems miserable. Might be a upper management problem.
