Ive been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. The relaxed atmosphere is comforting and unfortunately some customers are impatient and try to paint their experience as totally negative. Dont fall for it. Their boneless wings are amazing, my favorite flavor is Ragin Cajun by far. Their selection of carnival foods is exactly what you want it to be. I recommend the fall special apple flake thing, the pizza roll, and fried dough- but its all really good. One of my favorite places to eat in a decade of living in Boston.

Awful service. A walk in order for carry out of 8 wings and fries took over 40 minutes. I worked at a wings joint in college and know for a fact it takes wings and fries 8 minutes to fry and have them stirred. When you tell someone 15 minutes, then you should probably give them an update on why theres a delay around the 30 minute mark. I rarely leave rating for places, but this was amongst the worst experiences Ive had, especially with the name Wingz Xpress. Pick it up boyz.

This place is easily the best wings and ribs I have had in Boston. 5 stars no doubt. Ribs and wings fall right off the bone nice and moist. The heat, oh man, you order the hot side and youll be seeing stars exactly like you should be. This place has got my business no matter what.

The wrong wings were delivered. We waited another 35 mins for them to fix it and bring the soda they forgot to deliver. Instead of bringing new wings they just delivered a sauce. The wings were dry. The mac and cheese balls were burnt and the macaroni salad was bland.

Honestly, not impressed. The wings were not crispy at all, even though I put it in for special instructions. The inion rings lacked any sort of flavor or crunch too. I was better off just making my own damn meal.

I was the only person in the restaurant and for a small wings it took 40 minutes to bring out while I heard a movie in the kitchen. The chicken was undercooked and the sauce was disgusting. Dont recommend it!

I love this place. Their honey-hot wings are fantastic, as well as their honey cornbread. I did make the horrible mistake of doing the suicide six hot wing challenge at the Waltham location... dont.

Great wings, been a loyal customer for years. Only gave 4 stars because the customer service is very poor. Guy anwsers phone like Lurch, zero personality or common courtesy, but the wings rock.
