Good sushi, great Pad Thai, decent beer selection and excellent wantons. What is not great is that the eatery does not have a liqueur license and hence they cannot make you a real Gin & Tonic. The staff is better at night than in the day. Often there is no music playing and when I have asked about it I have been told, "eh, I am not sure". Not being sure is one thing. Thinking that it is not an issue to have a full service eatery function without background music is another and unacceptable.

Weve been to Ginger Exchange before and had what we both thought was the best Bebimbop in Boston. Tonight must have been an off night. The waitress was confused when we asked for Bebimbop, she thought we wanted soup. We got her straightened out but when she brought our dinners it came without an egg. When I asked about she came back and said we needed to ask for the egg when we ordered - so I guess it was our fault. We still like this place but consistency counts.

Im normally skeptical of Asian fusion, but I like this place a lot. I always get the spicy tofu soup, which is one of my favorite dishes. The soup here is better than the few other places Ive tried in Boston. Others places serve it a bit watered down. This one is not; its filling and quite spicy. They have an interesting selection of sake. I had a normal unfiltered one and a vaguely coconut flavored one, which was an interesting experience.

Really wanted to love Ginger Exchange after trying some of my friends food but when I ordered I found two black hairs in my pad thai. I called and emailed but they werent even willing to give me a refund for it. The only thing I would go back for would be the mochi

Brilliant ramen. Sushi is good as well, but the other entrees are the main draw. Service can be spotty at times - Ive gone here multiple times, have been seated without enough silverware at the table for all the people with me, and it can be a bit slow during rushes.

Good robust Japanese food that has been consistently good. They offer generous Quantities at very reasonable price. I love this place & always make sure i visit them at least once a week. On my last visit, I loved their green monster specialty rolls & WOW Wings.

Highly priced for such small portions. Not what you typically expect from an Asian restaurant. Food is at best American Asian food. It has a weird combo of all Asian cuisines. Service/food/decor did not justify the price for me.

A little expensive but sushi always is. The rolls were nice and large but still very expensive. Nice, clean atmosphere--although I swear the ground was vibrating the whole time--and service was really kind as well.

They have an amazing Symphony Pad Thai - quite a lot of peanut. This place has a beautiful atmosphere, great service, and reasonable prices. They have some very interesting, different, and delicious sushi rolls.
