I only give it two for customer service !! The food is ALWAYS good! I came here for YEARS before they turned it into a bar (which I thought was great) Anywho Ive been coming here for awhile not too often to be a regular once the bar opened but Im here enough and VERY nice to everyone So stank butt waitress almost got cussed out by me for the following reasons ! I was yelled at because I was holding three seats for my friends like there werent 5 other seats next to me that customers could use to sit in her section ! First off Im not a child I work hard and where I spend my money and TIP MONEY Id like to be treated as a valued customer... seeing as you need your tips to make ends meet. So once she yelled that I was holding up her REGULARS I told her fine but it must not have been enough for me to respectfully agree to her wishes to not hold my seats because her MANLY woman manager came over and pulled out the chair like "do you know our seat policy" as if they had a sign up saying "no holding seats"... Im like lady please dont I already told your waitress it was fine, I did not get smart with her so to come over here and tell me twice like we had a problem PISSED me off ! Just RUDE! its like they dont pay their customers any mind but the regulars ! Id like to be checked on once I get my food to make sure I like it (one to two bites and you should verify your customers are satisfied) and they NEVER do! They want to be in their regular customers face like other people dont tip! Mind you I used to be a waitress so I am actually an over tipper ! She lost a lot of money when I told my friends ! She was so concerned about one or two regular customers sitting directly next to me when they couldve sat on the other side or one seat down on my other side (both sides of me had available seats for the people that wanted to sit near me, I just needed three next to me) ! I had 6 friends end up showing up and I made sure she didnt get ANYTHING ! DO NOT BE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Okay so this is like the third time Ive been here and Ive never really been a fan cuz the music isnt live and its not really that interesting of a place but this particular time was TERRIBLE. I meet som e friends here and order a random drink that one of my other friends ordered but didnt drink because she didnt like it. Now Im a drinker so I figure hey shes a light weight so I can handle it just not too sweet. I order the drink (by the way the server was very ghetto and non attentive). She comes back with the drink I taste it and automatically HATE it! I tell the sever that I dnt like it and would like something else she walks away and I guess go gets someone else who was even more less professional with a terrible lace front. She tells me she can not exchange the drink nor refund it because it is against their policy. I ask her what policy she grabs some random menu that was nowhere to be found before hand and shows me where it says "no refunds or exchanges" ok cool. If thats your policy you should have it posted somewhere not in little manualscript on a menu that isnt even accessible to me. I tell her I dont want the drink Ill buy food and still tip the waiter but the drink tasted like a wet mop. She tells me she can only offer me juice for the drink. I tell her Im not paying for something I did not drink. She then follows me outside chanting things like "yall raggedy" and gets rowdy then gets her "security" to block my friend and I in" she threatens to call the police I said fine Ill wait for them. Eventually I realized I had much better things to do the. To argue with ppl who make under minimum wage so I count their 16 bucks out (because one drink was 16 dollars) and throw it in the ground) I dnt respect this place or anyone who works here. Poor customer service and terrible drinks. I will be doing more to make sure this problem comes to an end! Id give them NO stars if I could!

Dining room customer service was horrible on April 8, 2015 Wednesday. They took over an hour to deliver our food. The waiter was terrible. She was complaining she was too busy. She talked back to the manager telling him she had too much to do. She got the order wrong several times even after she came back and ask us what did we order "again. We got the combo meal with the ribs she brought out egg roles. She brought out the wrong soup. I had to cancel the salad. Then they forgot our ribs and we waited until after we finished our food until they finally brought the ribs out burnt. Top it ALL off, she charged us additional for the ribs which are included with the combo meal and she had to take the ribs off. WELL TODAY I checked my bank account balance credit card statement (daily as always) and she forgedly added the cost back on. I called the Golden Dragon just now after I saw the 2 charges on my statement and they are telling me no manager is there. Now after this review I am going to write a letter, send it certified with a copy of my receipt and bank statement then hand carry a copy demanding my refund and a reprimand of its employee...hope this does not go to court. I just want to add this was my first time on the dinning room side I have had good experience paying cash on the bar side and good customer service with the ladies at the bar. I know all about customer service quality I have my own business and this is NOT GOOD. OH and she was crying when she brought us our receipt because the manager got on her we saw him call her to the back.

The customer service from the server and management team is preposterous, ignorant, and impertinent. I was dissatisfied with my meal when I explained that to the server she caught an attitude. Which in return had me precede to the manager. She picks my food up with her BARE hands and states to me its cold so she is not taking it off and I still will need to pay for that. What idiot would do that? Of course the food would be cold if tge server took 46 minutes to arrive back to the table. Once the next manager got there she refused to view the tape, take the food off, take her gratuity off (now I see why it it automatically added), or remake the food; unfortunately a nice time out turned into law enforcement, claims number to file with the court system over something that could have been settled there. This is an example that shows, everyone is not meant to be in management positions nor can run a business. That is why they are workers versus owners. Respect, body language, verbals, and good customer services goes a long way. Sad part so many people continue to support businesses like this that ONLY cares about your money and not you as a customer.
