There is a woman there who does the register and she is extremely rude. Ive never been to this spot before so I didnt know what to expect as far as food, but I heard it was good and it was close to my house so I gave it a try. When I went in I was greeted by the woman nice but everything went downhill from there. Like I said before it was my first time going to this place and I didnt know what was really good so as I was looking over the menu she constantly kept rushing me "are you ready?" and that made me feel uncomfortable and irritated. I asked her a question about one of the items cuz I was nervous to get it and I could barely understand her as it is, but then she got loud and thats when I was just like forget it. I finally selected some wings and fried rice and she asked me what size, I had replied small, thinking that she understood me. I paid for my order an waited for 5 minutes which I thought was too quick. When she told me it was done I looked in the bag and asked her where are the wings and she replied very angrily "you didnt ask no wings" I replied and said I know what I asked for and it was wings and fried rice. Instead of her just saying sorry I misunderstood and ringing me up for wings, she went back and forth with me about how I didnt say wings and how she understands what I said. I finally just cut the argument off and told her that she is very rude and she then had the nerve to tell me I was rude for taking a long time to order. The arguement was so bad that one of her co workers had to come in and take my order. I finally reached my limit with her and just asked for my money back. As a business person to a customer you never make a them feel like they are on your time or that they did anything wrong. I hear other people have good experiences here but that was not the case with me, I guess because I didnt know right away what I wanted to order was a problem for her, but thats not my problem. Im coming into your place to spend my money for the first time and you would think you would be a little more pleasant than that, but I guess I set the expectations a little too high for this place. After all this is Baltimore County.

I ORDERED 4 WINGS AND FRIES, THE WINGS AND FRIES WERE SO DARK,DRY AND VERY OVER COOKED I ORDERED HOUSE YAK AND THE BEEF,CHICKEN,AND PORK WAS SHREDDED SO SMALL I HAD TO LOOK FOR IT ! IT WAS LOADED WITH THICK DARK BROWN STARCHY NOODLES THAT WAS SWEET WITH A HEAVY KETCHUP TASTE TO IT! WHEN I CALLED TO ASKED FOR A REFUND THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY, SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MY LAST TIME TO ORDER FROM THEM! THERE FOOD WAS GROSS ,DRY AND NAAAAAASTY!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER FOOD FROM GOLDEN CITY LOCATED 7408 E. WINDSOR MILL RD. PS. IF ONLY I READ THE REVIEWS, I WOULD NOT HAVE BETRAYED MY TASTEBUDS IN SUCH A TERRIBLE WAY! I WILL RETURN ALL BUT A 1/2 WING AND A 1/2 OF BOILED EGG ON 6/12/17. The lady taking the order was very rude. My order was wrong, when I called back to inform her she yelled at me and hung up the phone. I called again to ask her did she mean to hang up on me she hung up again. I spent almost $60 for food for myself and my family, I thought I would get a little better service and the food was horrible. I will never order from this place again. I should have took the other review saying the lady was rude and the food was nasty into consideration.

Its the best Chinese food carry-out in the area. I been eating here for 5 years. They are super fast, food is always good and I have tried various things on the menu. Pork fried rice, lo mein, chicken and broccoli, shrimp with lobster sauce, ribs, fried chicken, general tso chicken, etc. I even had them out cater a small get together. My only complaint is when I mention the coupon they tend to get a little attitude. Other than that they are great.

Quick service, very popular amongst the businesses in the area. PRICES WILL NEVER CHANGE is their slogan. So if you in the area during lunch time and have $6 then you will have a meal with a drink. No wifi, not really a dine in spot, so its streamlined for carry-out. There are 3 tables if you care to dine in. Recommend the chicken and broccoli with white rice. Dont forget to ask for a calendar. Usually have them in December.

The best Chinese restaurant in town. I went over there with my wife and kids, believe me the price were the best in town. I have been in many Chinese restaurant, but that one is the number one. The people who deliver to your house are sooooo fast, and you get your food as soon as you place orders. Great food, great people! !!

I ordered $30 worth of food then called back and added drinks bringing the bill to $34. The food was delivered and I paid $34+Tip only to discover no drinks. I called back and was put on hold forever. Then I was told we will call you back and the phone was hung up. Never heard from them.

Who ever takes the orders her really need a lesson on how to speak with someone. She yells and fusses while trying to make orders and is very impatient. The most rudest person Ive ever dealt with. That was my last order ever.

This is the only Chinese restaurant that I can eat from in the Woodlawn/ Windsor Mill area. Tasty, reasonable prices, fast delivery. Absolutely love this place.
