Poor service. I understand you get what you pay for in terms of salary,customer service/work ethic is all but dead in this country and complacent workers often teenagers/teenage minded just dont care but corporate leaders and the adults in the room really should try to put some kind of training program and discipline in place. Bad cs experiences now outnumber good ones, automation really cant come soon enough. So specifically theres no order in this restaurant. The person that came after me got her order taken first which the customer herself had to bring to the staffs attention. Then instead of acknowledging the error the im assuming senior employee says, "i know" and only then tells teenage employee to take my order. No hi can i help you or what would you like to order but a hasty what do you want!? Is what follows. Place order and find out theres a 10 minute wait on a staple, fried rice, good planning. The now attentive worker insists on persistently asking if im allergic to the food i just ordered lol i know logic is not this locations strong suit but i would not order something im allergic to and im pretty sure this question is pointless to anyone over the age of 12. At least they managed to remember to ask for a donation at the end pfft. The food itself was standard so cs is literally the only thing separating various restaurants. Needless to say wont be back.

Perfectly adequate food. Look, this is the Chinese version of a fast food joint. All things considered, its pretty good. They have a good selection of entrees and things to pair with them. I think my daughter would eat here every day if she could. The honey walnut shrimp are good and worth the upcharge (and occasional wait).

Average chinese food. I will only order from here if no one else is open. They did not homor coupons on the menu they put on our door. If not for that plus the rude chinese girl on the telephone (no surprose there, right!). I would have gone 3 stars. The food was not bad but was not good either.

Son says, "Best mall Chinese food ever." For myself, I would like to compliment the staff for their courtesy, even under just-opened-almost-got-the-food-ready-although-understaffed conditions. Seriously nice folks. I would hire them away, if I were in a related line of work.

Just bought food there and the lady was disrespectful.. the food tasted so old as well... the chicken was awful. I really wish I wouldve gone somewhere else to get food. Im so upset
