Well I came in after driving almost 10 hours and the older women asked my if its for here or to go . I told her it was for here and the look she gave you would have thought I shot her dog. She toke my order then I didnt see her again for awhile the cook had to bring my food over . Then she sat down and never asked me how was my food or if I needed more to drink. I finshed half my meal with no drink . Food is a five star . Her on the other hand is not even a star . If I know the service was going to be like that I would have got it to go . I work for a truck company right down the road from there . Dont know if Ill come back there.

My company stranded me at the Kenworth dealership across the street with a dead truck till Monday. Tish (or Trish) was very nice and attentive. She even pointed the way to an outlet so I could charge my phone and let me stay until it was fully charged. Food was delicious, ready in 5 minutes, and the restroom was immaculate.

Poor service! We were not greeted upon entering. No sense of urgency from the server! 5 people behind the counter. The cook cooked his food and took a break while our server never called our order back to the other cook. Just absolutely awful!

The size like most waffle houses is small and parking can be difficult in such a small lot but service is always been on point and 10% off bill for UPS employees.
