Concerning the food, I would give it five stars. Thin crust, medium-done, their pizza is a crunchy, non-runny and low-oil treat. Their customer service, on the other hand, is one star. Today I ordered a pizza from them (it wasnt my first time) and the whole experience was infuriating. I ordered it online. When they were an hour and 40 minutes late I called them, and they told me their delivery guy wasnt feeling well but they would call him. You would think they would tell you if they couldnt deliver your food instead of making you wait. They called me back to say the guy is on his way, which leads me to beleive they just forgot about my order before. I get my food two hours after ordering it. I asked for a discount, and the guy on the phone just kept asking if I wanted the food or not. Also, you would think a medium pizza doesnt mean a small box with four slices carelessly tossed inside.

Kosher Pizza is the mainstay at this simple parlor restaurant which has a tunnel oven and mostly takeout pizza which is quite good. Other items include freshly slivered French fries, knishes and various vegetarian versions of sandwiches, some named after members of the local community. It is small with a few tables and chairs and overall décor shows considerable wear and really needs to be addressed and improved. In particular fresh bottles of spices would be a huge help to improve the eat in or take out experience and my rating. I have been to many sketchy restruants before but this place is just plain filthy. The pizzas are pre made and sit uncooked at room temperature under a plastic trash bag. They have only vegetarian options so if you like meat on your pizza your only option is imitation meat. Oh and if all of that doesnt put you off to this place a "extra large" pizza costs $18 and $3 extra per topping. Overpriced, filthy, and crappy tasting food.
