The service was horrible! I got over charged on my food but didnt realize it until after I left, I got charged 14.49 for a sonic cheeseburger with a small onion ring , and a cup of water and a small shake. I got charged for a bottle of water that I didnt get..2 bucks.. Paid 5.49 for the burger...3. Something for a onion ring, I could have had a steak dinner for this.and this was supposed to be just a combo meal so why did I pay for a combo and paid again for the rings and a bottled water that I didnt even get? .I didnt get to drink the shake for when I got out of my car, the bottom fell out of the cup and the shake went to the ground.... Not to mention I waited for almost half hour for my food...This place is the worst ever! if they dont get it together they will go under, I for one wont be back...taught me a lesson tho always check your receipt and bag!

This Sonic is the worst fast food establishment Ive been to. They have never got my order right, I feel like they could have accidentally got it right at least once. The drive thru order window is always inaudible, and when asked they blame the headset, do they only have one? If you know something doesnt work why do you keep using it? I honestly feel like the people that work there want to drive away business. Today, I decided to give them another chance and was let down again, same terrible experience different day. The place is also dirty. Americas drive in? More like America, drive away. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated. I certainly will not be returning.

Most sonics have good food and service, everytime Ive been there the service is nice. But all the food looks like is been tossed together with out a care in the world. The burgers are always a mess and my biggest pet peeve is the onion rings. The sonics onion ring is among my favorites but this location onions rings look like they drizzle the batter over and sliced onion instead of dipping them completely. So everytime I have had them from this location its constantly partially covered onion rings.

Was charged wrong for a half price shake, will take a week to get money back. Employees were too busy trying to plan a movie night with friends that also had their dog with them. Also this one in Fruitland, MD is always out of ingredients for products. I will spend the money to either New Church, VA or Dairy Queen on the north end of Salisbury

Place to go if no other option is avalable .. I did not check my order it was a simple order 2 hot dogs ketchup and mustard that all but when I got home it was covered in relish it soaked the bun I was going to just brush it off but it was not able to save it it was a waste of time to give money to them to just go in trash.

Ive been to some really good Sonic restaurants before, but this one has been consistently bad. The area is dirty, machines are broken, and service is usually less than stellar. Someone needs to come through and fix this place up so that Salisbury can start enjoying Sonic again.

Had their french toast sticks for the first time. They were DA BOMB. They were huge. Super hot and you get 2 things of syrup instead of 1 like at Burger King. Service was super fast..... Ill never eat Burger King French Toast sticks ever again. Divorcing them as of today lol.

Took forever to get service with only two cars in the lot then got this laughable, pathetic mess that is supposed to be a Super Sonic breakfast burrito! Ive been going to Sonic for years and can only hope this is a reflection of THIS store or maybe just THIS shift!

Slow service waited 15min+ for our food in drive thru then the worker forgot to give my card back to me I had to go back the next day to get my card back and had to wait 15min+ to speak with the GM who had left before I had got there

This sonic had a very sweet young lady deliver us the worst ice cream I have ever eaten. The ice cream was gritty an inedible. We will go to the McDonalds next door the next time we have a hankering for ice cream.

I come here exclusively for late night Sonic blasts. Delicious! But the staff doesnt always seem on top of everything, so if youre ordering lots of food late at night, you might be waiting a bit.

Big fan of Sonic and was concerned about the reviews. While there was some confusion about the order some of it was our fault. Food arrived in 3-5 minutes and was very good. Whew!!!
