Ordered 8 piece chicken mild and when I got it home, it was 7 wings and 1 leg...took it back and they fixed it with a bit of an attitude...ended up driving over an hour out of my way when they could have just asked me to wait for the correct pieces to cook...maybe could have understood if it was end of night, but it was 3 PM...asked them what happened to the customer is always right and their reply was, "Thats not how we do it here"... wont be returning!!!

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. And we always have to wait on chicken. Even when their not busy. Seems management doesnt care either. I complained to corporate and received a $5 gift certificate and when i tried to use it one of the rude cashiers that was part of my previous bad experience that got me the certificate tried not to take it but the manager did. Horrible!

Staff are always nice and courteous. Their regular prices feel a little high, but I love that have the$5 big box deal and offer it to you ahead of their more expensive meals. Restaurant is clean too and they have a TV playing in case you want to watch something while you eat.

Ordered a 5 piece MILD chicken tender and got the hottest most spicy chicken made...thanks for making me not return ever...my kids were crying after the second bite...hope youll be gone like Wendys next door. If you cant get it right no need to even try...

I literally just left here with my food only to find out it was COMPLETELY WRONG! It wasn’t even close I ordered a simple hot honey crunch combo. They gave me a leg, thigh, and corn! Never I repeat NEVER come here!

They are always nice prices are consistent and are way better than popeyes north who are rude and prices change depending upon which manager. Serves cold food after 7:00 pm. They suck
