Bayou Dure

We ordered $60 dollars worth of food and it absolutely was not worth even a dollar. The shrimp and broccoli and beef and broccoli was bland, over cooked, and the sauce looked like snot. The spring rolls were bland and mushy on the inside. And the amount of rice was ridiculously small. After over an hour wait (we live 3 mins from them), our food arrived cold not luke warm, but stone cold. On top of all of that they sent us the wrong order of ribs. So I called for them to recook the shrimp and broccoli and to send the right order of boneless spare ribs. At first the guy refused to take fault for the wrong order but then agreed to recook the food. When he finally delivered the right order he asked for the old food (the shrimp and broccoli and bone in ribs). Which I handed to him. he counted the ribs and told me there was a rib missing. I told him my fault my nephew probably ate the rib while I was on the phone with him. He acted as if because a rib was missing I must be lying about the whole situation. Which is when I proceeded to open the old order of shrimp and broccoli and asked him if it looked appetizing to him. Which is when he took the old order and gave me the new order. This restaurant is not worth the time or your money. Their food is horrible and the owners are disrespectful. Not everyone is looking for a free meal especially not after paying $60 including tip.

I ordered today the didnt put any forks or napkins in the bag how am i suppose to eat without anything i ordered shrimp egg fu young i recieved that but they didnt send me any rice with it the food tasted disgusting it was slimy it just wasnt right it didnt smell right i had to throw it away the people are rude an nasty they dont wear gloves to cook thats nasty its bugs in the windows my brother got shrimp an brocolli the rice tasted old his food was nasty i wouldnt reconmend this place terriable service i will never eat from here again

I ordered the general tso with white meat from this resturant. When I got it, it smelled like sweet and sour and it looked limp. When I cut into the meat, it was very stringy and it snapped back. I tasted it and was extremely disappointed. It tasted like very low rate meat, and I had to throw it out. I will never order from here again.

I live down the street and when I feel like chinese I always order from Lucky Bamboo. Ive never had a problem with the food and its always delicious. The staff are friendly and their website is very clean and convenient to order from! I love it!

Ordered orange chicken which had no orange taste at all. Tasted more like sweet and sour instead. Also, chicken tasted like it was fried in really dirty or old oil. Other stuff we ordered didnt taste much better either. Waste of time and money.
