THIS FOOD IS THE WORST!!! do no order from this restaurant if you are getting anything other than pizza! The pizza is really good but if you choose to venture onto the other things on the menu, DONT! the salad is horribly thrown together lettuce huge thick slices of cucumbers, soggy croutons, and all drenched in dressing!!! and the pasta was the worst. please dont order from here youll be disappointed. I was soooooo unsatisfied with the food that i called an told them how horrible it was, then searched online to write a review because i dont want anyone else to be just as unhappy I am with the money i just completely wasted.

The people are nice but the pizza has changed its not good anymore . Shocked by how bad it taste . I use to love Cafe Milano Pizza now I have to go back to Pizza Hut . seems like it change since the last time i ordered from them maybe 3 or 4 months ago . I wish they could of kept the other cook . me and my Girlfriend agree that its not the same as before . Will never order from Cafe Milano Princess Anne .

Delivery took over an hour. If you arent hungry now and you think you might be hungry in the future its a great idea! If you are already hungry and you order, an hour and 15 minutes feels like a lifetime. However the food was pretty good and both the person who took my order and the person who delivered were friendly so Ill probably give them another try.

Its been a hour and a half since I placed my order and it still hasnt arrived. I called wen it hit a hour and was told my food was on the way.... it is still not here yet and now no one is answering the phone....

Great food but takes entirely too long to deliver, it took an hour for a ceasear salad to be delivered and im right down the street. Cook time and delivery should be 20 mins top if youre a UMES student

They have the best food!! I love the staff and their brick over pizza! Surprisingly they actually use a brick oven too and not a conveyor belt like dominoes and pizza hut .
