I placed an online order with this Panera Bread. I get to the store and what do I see? A note on the door apologizing for being closed! They were "training employees on new menu items" is what the note said. Its funny because I placed my order, gave them money, and get there to see the store closed. Ive been ordering food online now for 13-14 years and I have yet to encounter this kind of incompetence. Most places hold employee meetings either before or after store hours. Some places will even do it during store hours. Apparently Panera likes to live dangerously by closing whenever the hell they feel like closing. Panera, you the real M.V.P.

Always yummy sandwiches! Was disappointed that I was asked if I wanted to include a tip for the workers taking my order, not giving me a special service, but by simply doing their job, outlandish! Is this franchise not paying their workers enough? I tip at lest 20% for good service always. Is Panera trying to make their customers feel cheap? They are the ones who are cheap!! SHAME

Its one of my Favorite places to eat... Even if its to sit in or outside or grab a quick bite through the drive thru... The Food is always great really good quality and great service... And if your doing the diet thing or just trying to eat healthy this is the place

Last time I was there, I waited in drive through for over 25 minutes behind 1 car! Next time, ask them to pull to the side while you serve others in line. This time, I get this wonderful apple... apparently it was acceptable to serve. Absolutely ridiculous!

I try to order breakfast at 10:32am and they said sorry breakfast is over at 10:30am. Who stops breakfast before 11am anyway? I guess the customer comes last when its 2 mins over the breakfast time.

Ordered through the rapid order absolutely satisfied! They were out of the bread i wanted but they were 100% on their game about communicating that and what my options were. Definitely recommend
