Both eat-in and carry-out are utterly amazing. The dining room is small, but beautifully decorated. The people are tremendously friendly and know the locals by name. The menu is as varied as it is delicous. There are plenty of standard meals, like burgers and pizza, but the italian pasta dishes and dinners - including chicken parmesan, baked ziti, lasagna, gnocchi, rigatoni carbonara, chicken marsala, and more - are what really make this place stand far above the rest.

The food is absolutely the best. Between my family and I, weve had our fair share of the menu and there hasnt been a single thing that I havent liked. The menu has a wide variety from pizza, subs, hot wings, to pasta and seafood entrees. The employees recognize the regulars by name and even their dinner selection, which gives the restaurant a welcoming/homey feeling. The prices are fair for what you receive too. I highly recommend the Italian sub. My go to favorite.

Carlettos is phenomenal. My husband and I have become regulars over the past year and we have yet to find something on the menu we havent loved. The owners are very nice, and remember everyone not only by name but they remember conversations as well. We always eat in and the atmosphere is great, we were amazed the first time we went in. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Italian food!

Ive never had issues here before, but tonights service was not good. Took forever for refills. Waited an hour for salads and mozzarella sticks, chicken tastes frozen, pineapple tasted expired. The staff and management were friendly and we were not charged for the meal. However, it was still a disappointing experience.

I love this place, great food and the people are so nice here, I got stuck in the rain on my motorcycle and they were so hospitable it wasnt even funny, oh yeah did I mention that the food was great and the people are friendly and awesome, I give them 10 stars out of 5

Carlettos pizza is the best place on the eastern shore. They always have the best service and the owners are wonderful. If you ever get the chance to stop in please do because the service and food is top notch
