The only good things about this place was the location and drinks. Unfortunately without anything around, this was the only place to eat out without driving too far. Our first experience was on a busy Friday, we walked in and sat at a high table. The waitress took about 10 minutes to initially get to us, which was suprising because there had to be at least 4 wait staff, 2 bartenders, and 1 manager with the entire place only having 6 indoor tables. Multiple couples walked out after being ignored by the wait staff. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees and were happily served our drinks within a few minutes. After a few more minutes all of our food came out at the same time. With no more room on the table the waitress ended up putting food on the open seat. After finishing a plate to try and make space, the waitress came back and laughed without even taking the plate. By the time we got to eat our entrees, they were cold. We then waited another extended period of time before we could get a check. I cant say its a staffing issue because they seemed to have enough people to cover a place of that size. It seemed to be more of an experience issue with nobody including the manager knowing how to properly run a restaurant.

Wanted to give it a try but ended up leaving right after arriving. Place is beautiful but unfortunately, the majority of seating is outside with umbrellas that do not serve a purpose in the evening sun so you definitely need sunglasses, the only inside seats are bar height tables which do not work well for small kids, dogs are allowed in the outdoor area where food is served which is not the best idea. Would suggest either covering the patio area or putting standard height tables inside and also putting signs up to direct you to the restaurant. Might go back sometime in the future. Cannot speak for the food as we did not enjoy any.

Like most of the reviews, the service is TERRIBLE. We showed up for breakfast, one of three tables and it still took forever to get our orders in and our food. One of the girls with us didnt even get her food until we were done eating and a part of her order was missing. We were there night before for dinner and the service was even worse. Both of the waitress were extremely rude and had attitudes. Definitely dont recommend. Happy hour isnd bad for $5 strong drinks, but the service is pretty awful.

Staff was friendly at the bar. I was carded like it should be. All good. When it csme about waitress service and,food things went down hill. Our food took forever to come and when it came was cold and returned. My in laws came over a liltte bit after my husband and I and NOBODY came to check on them. One of the waitresses after being called out asked if they wanted a menu ,walked away and came back later. People next to our tables left without ordering anything.

Set in restaurant 20 mites before I could someone to wait on us. Ask two different waitresses to take our order and they just dismissed us. Loaded fries were cold and ordered a basket of crabs and they just briught us four which wasnt hot. Said they would bring us the rest. Never did! But charged us for the bucket anyway. Came in before happy hour but was told they had run out of rum when we finally got served food it was cold.

Totally Relaxing, Friendly Place!!.....Fun Festive and CLEAN!...:).....Beautiful Bathrooms to shower and change in ....Everything is kept up well and very Organized, also the colors throughout the resort are very refreshing and uplifting.....Food is very good at the Jackspot right on the Beach...... and they bring in good quality musicians on the weekends,....... its a hotspot you want to visit and stay ....

The Crab Patty sandwich was amazing, but the crab dip was overly salty to the point you couldnt taste the crab after a few bites. I would guess it was just the batch. Id definitely come back to give the crab dip another shot. Very friendly staff!

Okay, apparently you have to check in at the office then get shuttled back to the restaurant to just eat. Food was decent but pricey but the crab cake was worth it! Wont ever go back though due to the fact you have to check in to get there!

its a unique place...BUT do not go here with a group of more than 4 people and order only drinks. they will use the total amounts of all your tables bar bills to cut you off, no matter how many, or what, you personally were drinking. :(

Beautiful location, however inexperienced wait staff and kitchen. Waited way too long for food with no communication. Was not offered to be compensated, had to ask. Food was good and view and atmosphere made this a better experience.

Great waterfront location for lunch and drinks! The food was nothing spectacular (it was good), but the drinks were great and the view is better, especially from the outside deck overlooking the water.

Cool bar with one of the best sunset views on the Chesapeake Bay. Can access by car or boat and the bar itself sits on a private beach with lots of outdoor games available.
