The worst restaurant I have ever been in my life. First of all, when they sat us - the seats had dirt and rice all over them. So they dont sanitize anything at all. Second, waiter sucked. 45 minutes to get a first drink and to place an order for another round and food. An hour later food comes out and drinks never come. Third, waiter called me a "pendejo" which obviously everyone knows its a very bad word. Fourth, bartenders didnt assist at all with me trying to get a manager and waited another 15 minutes. Last point, when addressed with a manager he asked me what I wanted for him to do? Obviously, your job. The worst place ever and I hope they will go out of business soon!

I love this restaurant! They are welcoming and the food is the best! The waiters and the people who work here really know how to treat people and feed them well! I have Never had a bad experience here. I have been coming here for over 3 years and have never had disappointing visit. On Fridays its packed out the door so I usually order it to go and my family doesnt mind because its just as fresh and delicious when we get home. Thank you for being a great restaurant and for having great people who work there.

The food here was bad, at best. Precooked, bland, packaged food off the Sysco truck. The service: terrible. We were seated AFTER a black couple was, got our orders taken and drinks served before they even saw a waiter; our waiter. He was, at best, rude to them. This was during a weekday evening and it wasnt busy, at all. That one experience ruined it for us and we havent been back. Get a bag of tortilla chips, some salsa and stay home.

Horrible service and horrible food. Waiter didnt come for 20 minutes, should have got up and left at that point but I was starving. So we went and got a waiter to take our order, we went and got a waiter to bring us silverware, and we went and got a waiter to bring us our check. The only thing this restaurant brought us is to the bathroom. My wife and I both had horrible stomach pains afterwards. Very rude staff and unsanitary food.

Our family has been coming here for a long time. Over the past year or so, this place has started going down hill..... Service is horrible... We wait forever to get served. And we have to track down servers for drink refills. We also have had to sit and wait a long time for the check. Its a shame, we have loved this place but if they are going to keep being this bad we will go elsewhere.

My favorite restaurant in the twin beaches. The staff is courteous and fun. The food is above what you would normally expect at an "authentic Mexican" joint. The regular bartender has been there forever, even when it was a different restaurant and she is good at her job. Not the greatest margaritas, but they are consistent in flavor and always good.

Food was good. I had the chimichangas. The salsa was fair (not as hot as I am accustomed to). I am from Texas. Not that that means a whole lot. The waitress was nice. But obvious to the table for the most part. We had to get our own menus. My drink remained empty until I requested a refill.

The bar is great after 4pm when Stephanie the bartender starts her shift. The drinks are the best in town and she is wonderful. The Food is good service is hit and miss you might get a good waiter on one day and the next time its not so good. Overall 4 stars for the bar the and drinks.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes at the bar before the bartender got up from jer seat to take my order and tjen waited another ten minutes to get my check. The chorizo dip was fabulous but the black bean soup was bland, watered down, and the beans were still dryed up.

Never been fond of Mexican food. BUT, this place was fabulous. Food was great. Service was outstanding. The server helped me find food I liked. And I loved it. Prices were reasonable to standard. Atmosphere was lively & we could still have a conversation!

Took a motorcycle ride to North Beach and found Plaza Mexico. The beer was cold and affordable and the wonderful woman behind the bar even moved our helmets out of the way so we could better enjoy ourselves. Definitely will be back!

I had takeout it was okay but it was incredibly busy wasnt really anybody to take care of customers at the front desk. I just went back again and it seems like its still the same. Get someone to work your front desk.

Great view of the Bay from much of the outdoor seating. Food and drinks pretty standard quality. Several vegan-able options. Large place, so easy to get a table. Ideal before or after a stroll on the Bay boardwalk!

Gets a little loud, gets a little greasy. Some of the staff is still learning English. The menu can be a little daunting at first if you dont know Spanish and know little about Mexican food. Overall good eats

Staff was friendly and dinner was delicious. Got the crab enchiladas which were fantastic. My wife loved the margarita - happy wife, happy life! They also let me bring my dog to the outdoor dining area.
