My wife was unable to get through the drive through line at the Wendys Prince Frederick or in walk through line, so she dicided to go to the Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant. When she arrived there was no one in line so she placed an order. She waited a half an hour during Wich people came in after her and received there counter order ahead of her. When she brought it to their attention it was clear they had completely forgot her, they quickly put an order together and asked for $13.00 and with no apology sent her on her way. The order was two won ton soups, General Tsao Chicken, and Shrimp Lo Mein, and an egg roll. It was in now way extraordinary. The shrimp Lo Mein was served over a bed of Fried rice? We thought that was odd and un appetizing at least. The Tsao was not spicy at all and it was all skin! My wife left no tip, but here is a tip dont patronize this restaurant!

I have tried Chinese food in Washington DC, Annapolis, Baltimore, Richmond, Providence, New York City, and various small towns but NONE of them measure up to Fortune Cookie. In the years that Ive been a patron, never once has my order been made wrong. They are friendly and efficient and let their food speak for itself. They delivered massive orders to my school when I was there too. Excellent food, excellent service, worth every penny.

Best Chinese food in S.MD for sure, been buying food from Fortune Cookie for almost 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is fresh and you can choose sauces or to have sauces on the side. Try the Fried Seafood Cream Cheese appetizer and then have some of the BEST Chicken LoMein on the planet on top of Shrimp fried rice, hungry yet? Go for it, you wont be sorry!

Generally friendly staff. Theres Japanese, Thai in the area but this is the only typical American Chinese location in town. Good spot, space to eat in but not really a date place. The foods good if youre getting your favorites. Taste and quality can vary by dish if you branch out but otherwise I go here every now and then and its good.

Been a customer for 15 years. The couple (owners) have been very pleasant. Great service, great food, and reasonably priced. They get busy on weekend evenings, best to call order in so you dont have to wait.

The food is typically pretty good but they always take well over an hour and a half to deliver. If there were more competition, I dont think they would be able to do this to their customers.
